Why wouldn't it be ? Beerus was in both Zenkai and Heroes before the movie was out so the same thing could happen again.

First, those are regularly updated arcade games, not for consoles. Second, there is still no reason to assume it's an outside character when we have one that hasn't been revealed for the game itself.

This new character also isn't revealed yet.

It could very well be the new game character but there's still a chance it could be the villain of the movie.

Definitely interested if the GT characters are in the game.

Source for your statement? I haven't heard about this. However, I did hear the devs behind Battle of Z say so.

They said the game would have characters from other parts of the series which is what we're seeing now.

For the movies we have Bardock,Broly,Beerus and Slug hinted at with his costume.

There will be at least 5 more videos starting tomorrow which will probably confirm the remaining movie characters.

Source for your statement? I haven't heard about this. However, I did hear the devs behind Battle of Z say so.

It was during the Treevax interview at Japan Expo. Something like:

"The main story is based on Dragon Ball Z, but we will have a new story for this game. So maybe not only Dragon Ball Z characters. Other characters will be implemented, but we cannot give a specific number or series. Still, this game will have a robust roster."

Which, up till this point, could have just meant main story characters, plus Towa and Mira.

True, but most characters have been in. I know of Bulma, though. Anyway, still hope General Rild will be in the game

They didn't say when they did each thing but having 3 years to do everything is a lot better then 1 or less.
