I wouldn't be surprised if it went something like this
62: Toma
63: Manabe
64: Tate
65: Kitano
66: Karasawa

Assuming none of these guys are paired up and that we're in for some longer action of course.
Unless someone is paired up with him, I'd find it weird for Toma to handle a supposed fight episode. I could see Manabe handling 63, though.

Is it possible that Yamamuro pops up in any of these episodes?? We haven't heard anything from him in a while.
Also, I'd love Takahashi Yuya makes a scene in any episode of this arc.

I'm hoping so. I've brought it up before, and I was met with the response of something around "He might do one of the final episodes."

Frankly, Toma sucks. All his episodes are bad besides for 4 and 55. Maybe he'll be better with more time but he definitely wasn't good at working on a rushed schedule.

I made a bet with Alee9977 that Vegeta won't be beaten quickly by an opponent. If I lose, I switch my avatar to Vegeta getting beat by hit. If I win, he switches it to Vegeta holding Black by his hair. This will last a month.

Yeah, I agree. Maybe he has been toning down his style to help the episode look consistent like Ajay's been saying. I still don't see why he would though, as if it looks good it looks good. Animators with different styles have paired together on episodes all the time.

I kinda hate this type of images and they are very common in Facebook pages and Instagram
Image
The majority of people is ignorant about what animation really is...

I like how the new forms look with how modern DB is drawn. Likewise regular SS looks really good too. Of course there are instances when they're drawn badly but when the look good they look good.

Speaking of forms, does anyone know who drew the eyecatches? They look really good!

These look so bad. Like, honestly, does anyone actually believe that those oversaturated things look better than Super? This fanbase man...

To my understanding, most want production to emulate the art style of that period of Dragon Ball. Of course, that has nothing to do with the animation itself. It's not even guaranteed it would appear that way with every episode either. The notion that the artwork was perfectly consistent in one style is a bit of an odd one. Dragon Ball always evolved alongside Toriyama until both sources took off into their own journey when Dragon Ball GT concluded. Animation-wise, this thread is proof enough that we're long past the woes of last year. Progress never ceased and the extensive evidence is here for historical purpose. It's not 100%, but it's getting there well enough from what you can expect from a weekly television series. It's your right to dislike the style of how the characters are drawn, that's subjective, but it's principle to judge the technical value of its animation separately, as that can be a tad quantifiable. Everyone would love to read over legitimately poor effort and it does exist. I've read over mishaps with substantive explanation. It's only the unhelpful, generic comments that have no basis in reality. With that acknowledged, there are various techniques and methodology recorded here. It's a matter of taste which soloists or teams you prefer, but from my research, they all have merit in certain roles for the narrative. I'm welcoming in letting new takes on the animation blossom, in the chance that we can view something special in frequency. Naturally, the execution should be solid, so where's the foul otherwise? Tate, in particular, has become a memorable name for myself. Only a few episodes can be touted as truly abysmal. A few stinkers out of 59 handicapped episodes? Those are respectable odds.

Surprised that no one is talking about the scene where Kaioshin and Whis exchange looks. The angle and line thickness looked so good.

After watching this episode I think in an ideal world, Iseki should be the character designer, Ishikawa should handle the dialogue-heavy episodes, Tate for the action episodes with Shida popping in every now and then.

The action episodes should be 50 percent tate and 50 percent Karasawa imo.
