I live in Australia also and was thinking about pre-ordering from Amazon. Still trying to decide and i have a question. My DVD player is region free and my TV and DVD player can both play PAL and NTSC. Should i be worried about any video quality problems?
The U.S packaging is much better than that of Madman's and is released months in advance. Anyone know of more pros or even cons of importing this release.
I can not find any noticable conversion flaws in Madman discs from the season sets and onwards. Whether its because they have to do less because of the digital format I don't know.
I would be more concerned about possible errors that might make their way onto them, but again they've been good about that lately too (touches wood).
Whatever they end up retailing for you can most likely expect any good store to go for $10 less than that.

Tell that to the interlaced single disc double feature releases they put out.

Really? I didn't buy any of those. That's a shame... Well the season sets themselves are decent.
Could it have something to do with what funimation give them? Their adult swim dvds seem to be alright.

I cant believe theres only 25 pages to go until 200 pages, and it's nothing but speculation, bitching rants, thoughts, fights, and much much much, it's how do I say... over 9000? It's September now, who thinks Funi will release some sort of news on the Engrish DBOXes?

It'd be hillarious if they came out with a cancellation after all this.

Basically someone who uploaded episodes onto Youtube from his "DragonBox" sets(Read: Bootleg sets).

My channel, though I'm getting scared of uploading anymore. I just don't want to get suspended.
Lol, Gokuden had bootlegs and never had the real deal.

Um, dude, I think he was kidding. Talking about that kinda' stuff here is likely to get you suspended or banned.

By purchasing FUNimation's Dragon Boxes.

They cancel these sets, and I'm never buying anything from them again.
The series doesn't start with the arrival of Raditz. Stop being lazy and watch Dragonball.

Not even if they canceled the Boxset to sell you the entire series(DB/Z/GT) in one complete package for $29.99?

That is one hell of a deal

I wonder which re-re-re-re-re-release will it be?

Any idea what'll be in the books that come with the sets?

I'm sure its the same material as the original 2, just spread out more and with bigger font. Are they hard cover or paperback?

Hardcover. What was in the original two?
EDIT:
Nevermind.
