What episode is it from? Doesn't look like him to me. Looks a bit like Ishikawa, which would make sense if it were episode 12.

Couldn't tell you specifically who based on the staff list, but the ears and nose don't match Yamamuro's usual output.

Does it look better? Because I find that there is much less of these in DBS compared DBZ (sorry for bad english btw)

The edit you did looked really good. The flashes when transforming was one of the things that I never understood why they left.

Maybe it's because they can't air too many flashing/flickering lights, so they avoid it.
For example, something like this can't be shown on Japanese TV, so it was edited in Kai:

That edit is fine, I think. What they can't have is flashing colors like red or white for more than two or five seconds respectively, but knowing Toei I think they better play it safe and just avoid doing them entirely.

Thanks Porigon.

But we aren't asking for something like that, only a little flash when they transform can make it look a whole better. They still use the flashes but I'll be great if they use them in transformations also, besides Tate I don't think anybody else uses them nowadays, when Black activated his sword a flash appeared and it looked great.

Super lacks good direction and stylistic choices. Not just flashes, but there are a lot of simple things that can be done to make the series look better without movie-quality sakuga.

Nothing new.

God so many leaks for episode 61  Wish that episode was happening today since I think a majority of today's episode will be faffing around.

I've even seen some people forget that episode 61 isn't tomorrow.

Do you guys think the arc will finish in October? My money's on November (so an episode between 65 and 68), but the ending may be very quick as well. Most of the mystery will be over after Episode 61, though there are some new questions that will arise. I posted mine earlier in this thread right after the leak, so I won't repeat them. I think we've seen Black's highest form in Rosé, so there's not much left to do other than find a way to defeat him and Zamasu. There's nothing left to do but battle, so the arc can't last all that much longer, even if there are some twists along the way, so I feel November is a likely end month.

EDIT: Looks like I mistook which thread I was posting in. :? :P Oh well, it's just a harmless question, anyway.

This arc is supposed to involve Zeno as well and I wouldn't say him wanting to be Goku's playmate is the extent of the role he'd play. There has to be more what with Black and co. destroying all Kaioshin & Hakaishin, so yeah at least up to ep 65 and maybe more. On the other hand surely this is their last travel to Trunks' timeline.. Can't take it seriously, if they have to flee again, lol.

I can't see the next arc starting until January and I predict we're gonna get a few SoL episodes and maybe a mini arc before then so yeah November is my prediction also.

Haha yeah that would piss me off but I don't think they would unless Black or Zamasu go and they are following them I'd be okay. But certainly not like how 57 went down.

The full cut is truly great.

And yeah, it's a crying shame that Ryo Onishi seems to have pretty much left the show, but since then we've seen better cuts from Tate:

Higashide:

And a truly gorgeous contribution from Shida:

And are we're going to get another cut from Shida in the near future. So it wasn't a bad trade off. :)

Outside of the start of the Shida cut, I don't think any of those come close to Onishi's. That thing is wonderful and also really long!

Imagine what he could pull off now when the schedule of Super has reached a level of normalcy.
When someone tells you, "Don't present your opinion as fact," what they're actually saying is, "Don't present your opinion with any conviction. Because I don't like your opinion, and I want to be able to dismiss it as easily as possible." Don't fall for it.

How the Black Arc Should End (by Lightbing!):

I feel like Toei is going to go all out with the climax of this arc, so hopefully we see lots of great talent pop up in the last few episodes of the arc.

Eh. Different preferences, I guess. Perhaps maybe because I've seen so much from Tate in the show, that I've grown greatly acquainted to his wonderfully expressive and free flowing style of animation and how he's manged to make scenes in Super stick out all the more because of it. Like you can tell right out the bat if a fight scene is done by Shida or not. That, or perhaps I'm a biased bastard for his animation style in general. Probably the latter.
