I know it's kind of old but this is the best quality i've seen of it.

I wonder how useful our cast will be..
Going by the history they probably are nothing but space fillers for the team, and some fanservice as well..

Especially given they don't have training time exactly, after all in that short amount of time not all can use the time chamber

So doing bad is a guarantee and doing good is fan service ? I hate that term because people over use the hell out of it.

Not all can use the time chamber but Whis has a staff with a similar environment. Don't worry, they wouldn't bring ten participants only for it to be a Goku and Vegeta show. I'm now 100 percent confident Goku, Gohan , Vegeta, Krillin and 17 will all be relevant. Boo, 18, Roshi and Piccolo are debatable while I think Tien is going to be irrelevant.

Why are you so confident of this?

It's just speculation. I don't think Buu will do much because he already had a great fight in the Zen exhibition match.

Super fails to capitalize on stuff like this. The future Trunks arc would have been much better if it was Black Goten or Black Gohan. Goten would be an ironic parallel to their future parts , and Gohan because he was Future Trunks mentor and it would make sense for him to be so strong.

Id like it for Trunks to idolize Vegeta.

Why ? Gotens pretty much a blank slate. His body doesn't even need to be stolen, I could easily see him being able to get corrupted by Zamasu.

This is a story involving different universes and timelines, they could've definitely made excuses for Zamasu to steak Gohans body.

I meant Tagoma/Ginyu, not Freeza himself. The out of bounds rule does open up some possibilities, admittedly, though I don't think as many as some are hoping. Do you think Tien, Yamcha and Krillin could have forced Cell out of bounds?

Out of bounds and with him not being able to fly? yes definitely.

I'm still curious about how you picture it happening. The only thing I figure is that they could have destroyed the ring, but that still exposes themselves to ring out and there's always high jumping and ki blast propulsion.

They're allowed to fly in the ring, but once they're outside the ring they can't fly. This is obviously so that they can't fly back up once they've been thrown off the ring. I don't see why people have so much trouble with this.

Yeah. It makes me think that scene in the NEP where Toppo is restraining Goku is near the end of their fight just before it gets interrupted.
