Why is there even any debate over whether the dub is included or not? It's on there. Confirmed. You'll need to change the language option, but it's on there.

Oh man I so wish now I waited to buy the brick sets. It just sucks because NO ONE would have eve guessed this would be coming. I think in the back of my mind I thought a proper 4:3 version would be release, but not Dragon Box.Raki wrote:Good things come to those that wait.
But there are tow different dubs - one with JPN music, the other with Faulconer music. I'm worried that they'll just include one and not the other.Char Aznable wrote:And this is definitely proof of that.Raki wrote:Good things come to those that wait.

Then leave it, you don't NEED it.VenomSymbiote wrote:This consoles me. Like I said, as long as my voices and music are included, I can handle everything else they're planning to do with these sets.jjgp1112 wrote:But they should at least give us dub music. I kind of had the feeling it would be dub with JPN music. I hope it has both though, just for the option.jjgp1112 wrote:But there are tow different dubs - one with JPN music, the other with Faulconer music. Oh for the love of God - FUNI never said that this set is intended for subbies only - they said hardcore fans. That can mean ANYTHING.Rory wrote:Then leave it, you don't NEED it.VenomSymbiote wrote:This consoles me. You clearly have your product, now let us have ours without bitching about it. Saying your product has been ditched is a ridiculous statement, it was finished, and is still in print, and it will remain in print. That's the box set for the dubbie, and this is the one for the subbie.
There's really no need to act as if they've pulled an Ultimate Uncut on you, because they havn't, you're really complainging about.. well, nothing.
More than likely it'll be just the standard FUNi dub from season 3+.jjgp1112 wrote:Well that would be stupid. They already confirmed that the dub is THERE. We're just worried about whether they'll only include one.Daimo-Rukiri wrote:FUNi is actually doing something right here, even if the dub is not present there will be subs. And the Japanese version is better anyways. It could also be that Toei only let FUNi have these if the dub was not on them.
Would there really even be room on the discs for a third audio track? If they want to get the episodes on there with the best possible visual quality, I'm not sure if they would be able to fit the dub music track.jjgp1112 wrote:But there are tow different dubs - one with JPN music, the other with Faulconer music. Hell I bet their definition of "hardcore fan" is Americans who are aware a Japanese version exists.jjgp1112 wrote:Oh for the love of God - FUNI never said that this set is intended for subbies only - they said hardcore fans. The last Season set had 7 episodes per disc and three audio options and the quality was excellent.Char Aznable wrote:Would there really even be room on the discs for a third audio track? Though like people keep saying throughout this thread, encoding has improved greatly since 2003, so who knows.
Okay, just to clear this up for myself and others who are confused.Char Aznable wrote:Would there really even be room on the discs for a third audio track? The last disc of Season Nine had 5 episodes...jjgp1112 wrote:The last Season set had 7 episodes per disc and three audio options and the quality was excellent.Char Aznable wrote:Would there really even be room on the discs for a third audio track? If they included both dubs (the one with JPN music and the other with Faulconer music) it would be the definite hardcore english edition of dragon ball Z. So I hope that is the case.jjgp1112 wrote:But there are tow different dubs - one with JPN music, the other with Faulconer music. Does it matter? Just throw the Falcouner score on there.jjgp1112 wrote:But there are tow different dubs - one with JPN music, the other with Faulconer music. That was because they ran out of episodes...and all the others had 7.RoarkVegeta wrote:The last disc of Season Nine had 5 episodes...jjgp1112 wrote:The last Season set had 7 episodes per disc and three audio options and the quality was excellent.Char Aznable wrote: Would there really even be room on the discs for a third audio track?
