Isn't "Orbis" the codename being tossed around to developers from Sony, too, and not "Omni"...?

Just like the next Xbox, the next PlayStation has a bunch of different codenames/rumournames use. PlayStation Orbis would be the most precise, and for Xbox Infinity (or Xbox 8 ).

Omni in Latin means "All".

Omni = All
Vita = Life

It's a curious use of Latin names that are used, but I doubt Sony will use "Omni" for the next PlayStation.

I'm still iffiy on the game, I mean it looks cool for the most part i'm just not a fan of the lock on system it looks like its hard on the eyes and the overall movements still looks clunky as all hell.

Sony is near the middle end part of their Project Orbis, their next generation PS4. It will not be called Playstation 4.

That's the same source though, so even though I'd like most of that stuff to be true, we can't take it as fact. I'm also aware of the Japanese connotations to 4, but from a business perspective it seems a bit silly. Anyway, this is all getting off-topic, we'll just have to see.

Something's fishy to me here. If it's a PC port, why would you need an emulator? Why don't they just upload the game file?

It's this faux PC port. I've seen it before with BlazBlue and tried to DL that out of curiosity. It's the data from the arcade console running on custom made emulator. From what I saw, the graphic is shit as it doesn't have any anti-aliasing or performance enhancers and even on relatively new PC like mine runs bad and with glitches and flaws.... not worth trying, you can hope for the Home console version

BTW: because of retards like these ripping the arcades, developers ceased the PC versions. This happened with Guilty Gear and BlazBlue series stopped being distributed on PC with new titles.
