Chances are that that's gonna be the cover for Sparking! Meteor in Japan.

Yeah, I know that. I wish they would give us the Japanese cover for the US version at least once...

That's cool. I played BT yesterday for the first time in a while. I'm glad to know that the second one doesn't have those boaring attacks that are used for so many of the characters.

Thanks for linking that, LaResistance. I like that cover, but I think I would prefer something with an Outer Space backround and featuring the new characters.

Wow that's a damn good cover. I hope America gets it but we'll probably get stuck with some crappy new cover from the folks at Atari. Ah well, I'm importing so it doesn't matter.

Saying "for once" implies we've never gotten the Japanese cover-art for any game. I believe we have for the original release of Final Bout, Legendary Super Warriors, and Budokai 3's Greatest Hits release. Wouldn't be the first time.

That's true, but who knows if Atari will realize that in almost every case, the Japanese cover art is better. I really like the new cover for the game. It'd be nice to see it on the U.S. release.

Wow I guess this is 18's cover debut and Kuririn in Buu arc outfit as well as Son-Goten and Chibi~Trunks, is this the actually orignal japanese artwork?

I have an odd feeling that this game is gonna be even more expolsive, if so, Cool cause I'm so content with the second one i can only imagine what this is gonna be like!

I thought 18 was on one or two other covers....but hopefully this means some of the more overlooked characters will have more of a role in the actual story.

The only thing I know is that it's the PAL cover (I got it on the European Atari press website).

That is really cool, I hope they preview this game at the MCM london expo again like they have with all the other previous Sparking games, last year they made posters of the covers, I hope they do the same again for this year aswell.

Seeing as that happened in the previous Sparking Dub versions... yeah we're going to get stuck with another crap score... :?

Did someone already post this?
And if not, is it real or fake?

I can't believe they'd put these two in over Chi Chi or Wheelo.

Spopovich and Babidi, eh? That's interesting. Now I can reenact beating Videl to a bloody pulp! And... Uh... Well, that's the only fighting either of them ever did... (I guess I could have Piccolo and Buu beat Babidi into a bloody pulp too. XD)

Maybe Spopovich's ultimate would be to team up with Yamu and do the energy drain?

And yes, Chi Chi and Wheelo are NEEDED in this game.

I can understand including Spopovich, but why Babidi? There are so many other characters that have been over looked for years that we would rather have than him.

If they're giving us him, there better be a GT Kid Goku and a Miria Gohan.

If there's no Wheelo in this game, I, like Fawful, shall have fury.

EDIT: There seems to be some debate about whether or not this is real...I'm quoting a guy at GameFAQs (not the best source, I know)--

The small pics on it are from BT1

The life bars are not from the other ones and Babidi is standing next to a character blasting something but not the cause of the blast.

Babidi would have no moves.

This is fake.

Probably. I guess from looking at the extra posts from Atari community.

How could somebody make out the life bars if the image is smaller than a rat? I kind of understand why they would add Spopovich, but Babidi?? If they add these two, they BETTER add Chi-Chi, Bulma, Wheelo, and any other character that wouldn't do crap. :?

I'd actually have more fun playing as Babidi than spopovitch. He'd have some interesting moves, but Spopovich would just suck.
There is no better combination in the world than Dragonball, Cherry Pepsi, and Cheez-Its. It's a proven fact.

I'm guessing it's probably because they have a character model for him already designed, as seen in the NEO cut-scenes, so it's easier to just make a fighter out of him? Though indeed, it makes no sense, I mean what the hell can Babidi do? He's physically weaker than a friggin' cake restaurant waitress, what's he gonna do; shoot ice at people and say "A-pattipapaaa!!" all over the place? If it is just SPIKE's laziness due to already having a model done, similar to the Appule and Freeza henchman in NEO's Wii overseas release, then they seriously need to get their act together and actually try on these games rather than rehash the same story modes for the 10th time and bring in fighters that really have no place in fighting rather than very fabulous characters that do.

Although I'm not convinced one way or another on the ligitamicy(SP?) of the Babidi information... I have to wonder if Sparking! Meteor isn't going to prove that we should form our own gaming company and get absorbed into Atari... for a while...

Babidi could be cool if done right. But if the daizex character demands indicate anything, he should only come after Wheelo, Chichi and GT Goku... and there are a few other people on the list with similarly high request numbers.
