I know which shot of Gohan you're thinking of and nay, it's not traced. It's just a very similar pose.

FINALLY! I was getting tired of "It's Over That Number" meme. And a fan made one too this time! Probably one of the few good things to come out of the pages of this fancomic in a while! Nah, I still love your fan comic Salagir, Gogeta Jr. & co . . . but could we please wrap up the Broly arc. I love the big dumb legendery super ape as much as the next guy but it's gone a little long and Vegetto needs to beat on someone his own size.. In fact I gotta admit I would be surprised too if I where Piccolo . . . I mean it's the goddamn Vegetto! In all seriousness though this reminds me of the end of the Cell games, only Gohan actually looked injured. It is just this continual trend in late Dragonball where injury equals 'badly torn clothing + small cuts & bruises'.

P.S. Sorry for the terrible Post-Sin City Frank Miller reference. Yet another meme that needs replacing! Bleh, I am officially staying out of this thread for now until this 'epic chapter' concludes.

Its only natural. There are only a limited number of poses kind of like that that look "badass". If you are going to draw one of them, chances are that it might turn out somehow similar to another pose of another image, especially if you were greatly inspired by a lot of them.
