We got SSJB Goku V Krillin and SSJB Goku V 17... SSJB Goku V Ultimate Gohan wouldnt hurt as much as those did, especially since Ultimate Gohan was the most powerful non fused character back in the days Goku would originally need a level above SSJ3 to match him up.

An arc that may be the final one of Super before entering EoZ where all hype was supposed to be about Goku.... and he gets this kind of treatment... I dont know if I should be laughing or be sad for him. First the guy is getting blamed for everything thats happening, then he gets his supposed SSJB power of the Gods (I remember the days when this form was supposed to be intimidating) get reduced to a spectacle for Krillin to the point that baldy pushed him to SSJ and pushed the damn wave who was talking his ass out that "Come at us Goku, you can ask Gohan for help if you want" and then 17 who was gone for more than a decade instantly pops out and pushes Goku to SSJB and even got ringed out by Fit Boo, and now Gohan who only trained for about a day has a possibility of surpassing Goku? oh my God, and here I thought effort was supposed to be on par or if not a better trait than anything, Goku's efforts and everything we saw him endure seems to look like shit now compared to the others... seems for Toei hype means making the one you're hyping look like an utter tool

About episode 90,I'm excited to see tien and Goku interact as well a tag battle but I'm concerned about gohan going god tier in less of a day when is not necessary If you think about it

no fans will riot because of the hypocrisy of the fandom. Gohan gets the most bullshit power ups in this series always has. Thanks to his rage boosts that he only he gets, having his potential unlocked twice and let's not forget him surpassing his father who trained 7 years in 24 hours.

Going lower than your base form which Goku's base should be more than enough for Krillin? does Goku think Krillin is that stupid? and I would have understand that if Krillin didnt act like a hotshot after it and started taunting Goku that he can have Gohan help. While I dont disagree with the stomping with Toppo, he was still able to tank those hits and was able to have a fast paced fight with SSJB Goku, on Krillin's side that was plain raw power wave vs raw power wave that for some reason Krillin was able to go toe to toe with and push it. What exactly are the standards to be a GoD? just be a powerful being? Krillin is more than enough for that then, he can just bust up planets after planets if he so wanted to after what he just pulled against Goku.

I haven't complained about power ups in this arc (the only one I questioned was actually ss2 Gohan ), but Gohan has consistently had the most potential (besides for Goten and trunks ) so his powerups are easier to swallow. Besides, people are just happy that he's back so they don't care as much about the bullshit power ups.

Doubt they're gonna actually make Gohan surpass Goku, at most I can maybe see some ambiguous teases, like Goku saying keep this up and you will in no time. Goku's max power is SSGSSKKx10 afterall.

Gohan's doesnt sting as much as the previous ones so I dont think a lot of people would be pissed with it or complain about it if Gohan does give Goku a run for his money, tho I doubt they would have Goku go SSJBKK against Gohan. It would be cool to have Gohan unlock an Ikari form for himself, I mean Trunks had one, why cant Gohan?

Training for... what exactly? what motivated him? protecting animals? because motivation plays a big factor on how much you gain sometimes especially with Saiyans who goes with rage well, Freeza had the motive to kill Goku and was really obsessed with it, Gohan has this tournament where all of em could die if they lose, 17 is what? I woulda accepted it if it went well with his boost like have Bulma add a new bio part inside him to make him stronger.
