I might be wrong but couldn't it come from the Dragon Ball Z Atsumare! Gokû Wârudo "game" ?

I don't know where that Piccolo pic comes from, but I figured it was awesome enough, that I had to put it in my avatar box.
I have no clue where that Goku one comes from.

I found this picture on Amazon.com. I've seen Movie 2 several times, and Bulma is wearing a diffrent outfit. Is this scene from some book or something?
