My list:
  • -Time Travel
    -Goku's Hair
    -Dinosaurs living along side humans
    -Capsule technology
    -Time Travel logic
    -Krillin having no nose
-Roshi's island (honestly no waves, no high tides ever!)
-Chaozu (What the hell is is? Who cares.)
-De-fusion because of Buu's rotten smell.
-GT... After all the plot holes the size of the grand canyon itself, you have to say "fuck it" after it's all over

I`m sure there are dentists in Dragon world.
In fact, Yamcha and Puar actually talk about visiting a dentist while they're waiting for Gokuu's group to find the Dragon Ball at Mt. Frypan. They did have to sit around for a while, so it's possible they could have visited one during all that downtime.
In the Viz manga, didn't Yamcha say that he hated dentists? Not sure if it's the same in the Japanese version.

He and Recoome would become best friends.

EDIT:

My list:

- The Boss Rabbit Incident.
- Goku punching Yamcha through the roof of a manga panel.
- Chao-zu's and Kuririn's nose absence.
- Marron growing out a nose in GT.
- Anything said about power in DBGT.
- Vegeta and Trunks not defeating the Cell Jrs.
- Piccolo training for a whole year in the ROSAT, and still not being even close to Cell's power, especially when he became almost as strong as Freeza in three years, like a 100x increase. And that by training on Earth.
- Vegeta not noticing Trunks reaching USSJ2.
- Time travel and everything said about it.
- Piccolo being hit by Dabura's spit.
- Dabura claiming that Piccolo is trash.
- Goku's Kamehameha only bruising Radditz's hand.
- Daizenshuu's claim that Gohan was a SSJ2 against Dabura.
- The logic regarding why Buu transformed as he did when he lost Mr. Buu inside him or absorbed himself. It gives me a headache.
- Trunks and Goten becoming lazy bums and Gohan once again neglecting his training.
- Gohan being a SSJ in DBGT.
- Trunks and Goten not exploding by any punch of any enemy when they are in SSJ in DBGT.

Ah, but Trunks would be there. See, the way I figure it, whenever a timeline is created due to paradox, everything that existed in the old timeline is duplicated. Everything. And that includes Trunks. Future Trunks existed in Timeline 2, it doesn`t matter how he got there, he is part of it and he even influenced it a great deal.
When Cell went with the time machine and created Timeline 3, everything was duplicated. Including Trunks. And that also duplicated Trunks` Time machine. Thats why in the series we see two time machines and realize its the same one. Because it got duplicated due to the creation of another timeline.
But the events turn out differently because of Cell`s presence, obviously.

To me, it wouldn`t make sense to Timeline 3 exist without Trunks... Everything else that existed in timeline 2 was duplicated... The people, planets, etc. Why shouldn`t Trunks also be duplicated if he also exists and is part of that timeline?

The only way for Cell to arrive in a Timeline where Trunks wouldn`t show up to kill Freeza would be if Cell had travelled to Timeline 1 (the original timeline), and not Timeline 2. But he obviously didn`t because in the timeline he arrived Trunks arrived.
Don't get me wrong: I used to subscribe to the exact same theory a while back.
-Timeline 1 = Original
-Timeline 2 = Copy of original created by Trunks
-Timeline 3 = Copy of TL2 created by Cell, which replecates everything including Trunks
-Timeline 4 = Copy of original created by Trunks, since this Trunks isn't the same as the original Trunks, and thus his 'return' to the original timeline creates a paradox.

Pretty much totally with you. But my problem now is that if the entire timeline is created, then Cell's continued presence keeps adding new paradoxes to the timeline. Meaning, we're using paradox logic to get Trunks and Cell there, while we're applying an overwrite logic to explain why differences occur between TL2 and TL3. It's an either/or to me.

Added to this, I kind of picture the creation of the timeline as branches in a tree trunk, or multiple forks in a road. So the only things copied are people, planets, etc, up to the point of a time traveler arriving.
Prior to 763: One road, the main one (original timeline)
At 763: you can turn right on the timeline created Cell or continue forward on the main timeline
At 764: If you continued on the main road, you can now turn left where Trunks created a timeline.

Another problem I have with timelines being copied in full is that it implies Trunks must have created another paradox by his return trip to 767 (and thus TL3 exists in which Trunks visits twice, while TL2 just has the first visit).

Another possibility regarding Cell's absence in Trunks' timeline (if we were to take my theory as possible) would be to blame it on Freeza. Goku would have shown up too late, so the aliens, would have had a head start. He also would have given Freeza+co chance after chance to redeem themselves, so there are plenty of possibilities that have damage being done to the environment (ex: where Cell has done nothing but sit in an egg for a year).

It was because it's at its best when he comes in physical contact. He could sense Cell's because they fought, and Trunks' because Trunks had to touch him to make him take the senzu. He never touched Vegeta.

Meanwhile the story just implied that Trunks was a dumbass for not realizing Vegeta reached USSJ2. (You're equal in strength, yet you think you can transform again because you're stronger? See any problem in that logic, Trunks?)

Also, where is it implied that Vegeta simply didn't know Trunks could? I figured he either didn't care or assumed Trunks wouldn't be such an idiot.

Everything involving all of the Cell-saga trips to the RoSaT. Christ, if there was ever a more blatant case of "these guys are the main characters so they get bigger power-ups for no real reason"...

Well, I don't really buy that. Characters have been able to sense other characters' potential without physical contact. Why should Kuririn require "physical contact" to better sense someone's hidden power, unless he's even more retarded than I thought?

And yeah, it isn't implied that Vegeta didn't know Trunks could go USSJ2--at least, it didn't seem that way when I read it. I don't know or care, to be honest.

Not so much required as better, since the closer you get, the easier it is to sense.

To add to the general Room of Spirit and Time hating going on, Tenshinhan turning down a spot in the room because he felt he wouldn't be strong enough to fight Cell after it.

So? Just do it, Triclops, you still want to get stronger, right? Your whole LIFE is one big training session, numbnuts. Yeah, sometimes you say "Oh I can't do the exact same things as Goku if I want to get stronger than him" (as if that would ever happen anyway), but it's just a (freaky) room, you don't need to copy his training regimen. Go in there and spend a year perfecting that Volleyball Fist or something.

Yeah, that always pissed me off too. He could have just as easily shared a spot in there with Piccolo and given him somebody to spar with. Everybody wins!
