Not a single moment in particular, but Goku is totally adorable throughout the entirety of Path to Power. Actually, he's adorable period in the original series. Really adds a bit of charm to it, really.
The other thing I always thought was super cute was the pairing of Goten and Trunks together as friends. They both really emanate this natural charisma when together. This is especially apparently in the movies, with the Broly films in particular putting them in pretty wacky situations.
