The BG dub doesn't even seem that bad. The only problem is that some of the lines are spoken too fast. I liked a lot of the voices.

You want a bad dub? Try the Malaysian one ;)

You should make videos of that one next, Troy, haha.
I was thinking of that if I can ever get my hands on it. Although I do have the Filipino english dub of movies 5-6 which I might do next.

I would be so psyched to hear the Filipino dub Castor. Isn't that the dub which had really good English versions of Head Cha La and Zenkai Power though?

Yeah, I also have the entire album as well. :)

Probably next year after I finish all the Big Green stuff.

I finally got around to visiting the site. You do very good work. How long do you spend per video on average?

Thanks!

It depends. My first 30 or so videos were around 3-4 hours both including capturing from my VHS tapes and editing. I was motivated enough even with both school and work to work on them during the nighttime.

When I started watching music videos that were winning awards at contests, I wanted to make videos like those, so the process now went from weeks to even months. The longest I spent on a video was 8 months on and off. My Project Doomrider tracks only took a good weekend each, but I knew the footage well enough and I improvised the effects on the fly due to my experience.

The 3G Kai trailer and Big Green videos were actually made in relatively short time spans like a day or 2, but I usually spend a lot of time planning in advance.

So glad this site is back! Please, please say that someday you'll possibly redo "Don't Lose Your Heart", that's like my favorite DBZ music video. hah

I'm in the generation of fans that started with Toonami, so I totally empathize with the feeling of having "missed the party", experiencing disappointment, and wanting to experience it myself. But I can't, that's how life is. Time is a bitch. The party is over. Kageyama, Kikuchi, and Maeda are off the sauce now; Yanami almost OD'd; Yamamoto got arrested; Toriyama's not going to light trash cans on fire and hang from the chandelier anymore. We can't get the band back together, and even if we could, everyone's either old, in poor health, or calmed way the fuck down. Best we're going to get, and are getting, is a party that's almost entirely devoid of the magic that made the original one so awesome that we even want more.

Awesome! Seriously can't wait to see that. Have you ever heard the Mikuni Shimokawa & Sakura Nogawa cover of Kujikenaikara?

Yeah, it's great. :)
Kunzait_83 wrote:3G's back. Wonky. Between that and this site and Meri's continued reminding on the podcast of ToT's existence, all we'd need now is for Greg to start updating his site once again and for places like SREDBZ, Dr. Gero's Laboratory, and DBZ Uncensored to re-open their doors, and it'd almost be kinda like like the late 90's never ended.

Anyhow, very nice to see you bumming around once again Castor. Er... y'know, in a 3G capacity outside of this forum I mean. :P
It's great to be back. If only Meri would actually update ToT once in a while. :P
