It is the same situation as against Cell. Was Goku going all out against Cell? Or he only did when he fired the Kamehameha?Bussani wrote:But...if you don't have a chance to use your biggest attack, can you really call that "going all out"?

That's not exactly how I meant it, no. You took the quote out of context a bit. I was talking about how Vegeta thought Goku was holding back for his sake, since he believed Goku should have been able to wipe Buu out if he really tried. Can you call it "going all out" if you have the attack that can end the fight but don't use it? So no, I don't think Goku was only going all out against Cell in the moment he used his Kamehameha, but it certainly showed that he wasn't messing around; if he went the whole fight against Cell only using punches, that would be holding back.Senzu_Bean wrote:It is the same situation as against Cell. I realize you're talking about something more specific (i.e. going all out with your standard martial arts), but that's not what I was talking about, so yeah.

Hm, this seems to be a fork debate, meaning it could go two ways honestly. But I just don't see why some people can be such elitists and say it can only go one way. I mean, I'm trying to be open-minded, and all of you on here are, but wow, some people just don't like other opinions, eh.
