I think you'd put another "u" in there, so it would be "Buruyrin". And who the heck is Brian?!

"Buraian" or "Buraiyan," I'd say.

We're all trying to figure out our names in Japanese and I ask what's Brian. You REALLY dunno who I'm talking about?

I think "Eimi" would be closer to the English pronunciation, though...

Oh you think so too SaiyaJedi? I always thought it would be too since following Japanese pronunciations, the "a" would make it sound like "Ah-may", but they always seem to spell it "Ami" in Japan. I just figured I was figuring wrong though. It's good to have the back-up of an expert translator. Thanks! :D

But does it turn you on, big boy?

Er, girl.

See! Proof that dubbed Freeza causes gender confusion in real life.

Was that "Abby deeby dooby?" No wait, that was Fes from "That's '70s show"! Silly dub.

To Zacko: You should talk Mr. "I-Love-Hunting-Others-Down-And-Killing-Them"!

All I remember was it sounded to me anyway, something like "abibibliablaablalabala", or something to that extent . I know! Let's ask Julian to translate it! He's such a show-off anyway with his little "I understand sooooo many languages" attitude, translating this one would probably make his day! :P

In my defense, you can ask any of my friends about the vicious look on my face when I slice and stab snowmen. Wait... that was in my defense? Shit!

Just so you know, though, I've never killed any real people.

Jerseymilk wrote:No, I feel it would still be "Jeikku", since if you've seen Cowboy Bebop, Spike's name which also ends with an "e" is pronounced "Supaiku".
I think "cake" is closer in sound to "Jake" than is "Spike," though. "Jeeku" or "Jeiku" (although I don't know about having a double consonant in there...) seems more logical, I agree, but I'm citing precedent here. The relationship between "Jake" and "Spike" is tenuous, but "cake" and "Jake" are the exact same word except for the first letter; thus, if "cake" is handled as "keeki," it seems likely "Jake" would be "Jeeki." Just my two cents on the matter.

Listen Jerseymilk, or should I say Amy, if that is your real name, BART SIMPSON, I've never killed anyone other than those guys that told me to. Possibly.

I've been watching too much of the Simpsons.
