Personally, if the characters already have an established "voiced" before I read the manga, that's how I will hear them in my head. If the animé/dub hasn't reached the point in the manga, I'll end up just imagining a voice for the character, which may or may not resemble the voice which is eventually used.

A fair amount of the characters would sound like their Ocean dub voices, whereas others would sound like the FUNimation voices if they were superior.

Can't say that I do, but that may be because I don't imagine Japanese being recited while reading English text.

Also, the Fr­ieza voice in my head tends to be a mixture of LittleKuriboh and Chris Ayres, since they sound so similar already.
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!
