If that was the case, wouldn't Nicktoons be prohibited from airing any Z Kai episodes?
Since Z Kai's got the replacement BGM it's been running fine, in terms of TV-Version. Maybe for the home release, Blu-ray (BD) and DVD, things might be a little different.
Before the month's over I hope it'll be available on Amazon to pre-order the Blu-ray.

There has to be a reason for the delay.
It would have made perfect sense to release part 7 in time for Christmas.
Perhaps they didn't want it to compete with the first bluray volume of Z?

They still could've given it a January or February release. It's actually worse now because it's releasing in the same month as Levels 2.1 and 2.2.

FUNimation does release titles other than Dragon Ball. I think it was just a case of other titles needing attention and wanting to stay behind the Nicktoons releeases, espicially now that the series is over.

The series dubbed in English is not yet over, episodes 92 to 97 have not been aired on Nicktoons, later this month they will.

@Jacob but this is not a good argument because nicktoons was dome airing up to where part 7 would have ended the middle of last month!!! They still could have released Part 7 this month. It is actually pretty ridiculous how long of a gap their is between part 6 and part 7 BLAH!!!!

That's true, but it's not normal for a Dragon Ball Z Kai title (Blu-ray / DVD) to take 5-6 months to be released, normally it'd take 2-3 months.
But well, Part 7 has been announced and that's what matters.

In the past, after the 4th Dragon Box was released, it took the 5th Dragon Box until April to released. Before, it was scheduled for a release in February. History tends to repeat itself.

Yeah, but back then we still knew it was coming and that it had a February release date and all before they delayed it. We had no word about Part 7 until now.

Well, the cover is pretty good. It's a remake of some cover that I can't remember at the moment, and the remake is pretty good. I'm satisfied.

Why is it purple!? We already had a purple cover with the 4th one, and nothing in the cover is even purple. Fail on the cover color, but win on the picture.

Whoops, I didn't notice I double posted.
It's actually a different shade of purple. However, I do agree. All they had to do was choose 8 different colors. They couldn't even do that.

They were trying to imitate the purple on Cell's face. I still don't get why they couldn't just do a dark green.
