DB, DBZ, & DBGT Bricks no longer come with booklets (Updated Download Links)
Re: DB, DBZ, & DBGT Season Sets no longer come with booklets
Man, the Japanese Dragonbox is huuuuuge. It's double the height of the US one and about double as deep. It doesn't fit on any shelf. I feel like I'm in Honey I Shrunk the Kids whenever I pick it up. I much prefer the US version since it, you know, fits on my shelf.
My favorite movie henchman is Sancho.

I like how you pretty much skipped on my other posts.. I've already explained why it shouldn't have had trailers. The Dragonboxes aren't your typical 'commercial' product. Not when it used to cost $60+ at the beginning.AgitoZ wrote:What the hell kinda logic is that? It's still a commercial product.dbboxkaifan wrote:That's true, and that's what I've done, press menu and advance. But like the other guy said, the Dragon Boxes were a premium collection not an average DBZ collection thus far shouldn't have had ads.

Actually, yes. That's why more and more businesses are pushing themselves toward doing everything online instead of sending you mail all the time and requiring that you mail them back.samuraix123 wrote:I still think it's ridiculous. Wow I did not know that! I knew that Tenshinhan was considered human according to the Daizenshuu but didn't realise it actually had that in there. My apologies to Funimation. I guess I just assume the worst from them after all these years of mistranslations and flat-out alterations. I just presumed they were taking liberties with things again...VegettoEX wrote:That's not random, total bullshit, or anything. That's legitimate information pulled from daizenshuu four (which also popped up in the character profiles in one of the "Sparking!" games, which is where I think most English-only-speaking fans started throwing a stink over it).gohan2k wrote:Otherwise I won't miss them and they're umm...interesting profiles ("Tenshinhan - Race: Decendant of the three-eyed people")
Thanks Mike. I consider myself well and truly owned.
But like I said I won't miss the booklets as long as they have some way to see what episodes is on what disc somewhere. Otherwise that'd just be annoying.

The season discs have the episode numbers printed right on the disc art so it's not like people will be guessing what episode is on what disc.
No biggie.
I'd was thinking of downloading these just for the sake of having scans of every page right on my computer.

Regardless of whether it's "special" or not...it's still a commercial product. They're going to advertise their shit regardless.Daimakku wrote:I like how you pretty much skipped on my other posts.. Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

Ummm... guys, the REAL reason why FUNimation stopped printing the booklets on the Season Sets is so they can save enough money to continue releasing the Blu-ray Level sets, duh!

That's what I did. I never bought the Orange Bricks so I got the booklet PDFs of them so I can just have them. I like the art on them sometimes.Tanooki Kuribo wrote:The season discs have the episode numbers printed right on the disc art so it's not like people will be guessing what episode is on what disc.
