That's just a rumor that they dubbed 10-13 and the GT special, no proof exists. Nothing has ever surfaced online and if you search for it you won't find anything. If these dubs do exist then they certainly weren't ever released onto Home video or Television since surely someone would have recorded the broadcast and uploaded it to Youtube or uploaded the DVD to Youtube.
