Kingdom Hearts spawn a annoying Yaoi fanbase and that KH3 has still yet to be made since it been six years since KH2. Which could be why people want it dead. I'm surprise that WWE is not on the list since I have friends who are into wresting and they told me that the games have not been good since 2007.

What franchise doesn't have a annoying part to its fanbase. In that logic, every franchise should die since you can find "crazies" in every fanbase. I don't like KH or Yaoi or any combination of the two but that doesn't mean it should go away, just means one should either stay away from the parts of the fanbase he/she doesn't like or leave the fanbase be. So what if KH3 hasn't come out yet, they have put out games, which from what I am seeing is filling in some holes or revealing character back grounds. Nothing wrong with that.Hellspawn28 wrote:Kingdom Hearts spawn a annoying Yaoi fanbase and that KH3 has still yet to be made since it been six years since KH2. Which could be why people want it dead. In Short: No fanbase is perfect and is not a good reason to remove their franchise.

The reason Kingdom Hearts needs to die is because it's been six years and no Kindom Hearts 3. We've seen nothing but pointless handheld side stories that do nothing but kill the mythology and confuse the hell out of people. What started as a fun(and awesome) blending of Final Fantasy and Disney has turned into a franchise that makes no sense and takes itself too seriously. Square Enix is at the point were they either need to finish what they started or just drop everything and leave the series alone.

Bungi had us finish the fight back in 2008, now a new studio(343 Industries) is stepping up to make A WHOLE NEW TRILOGY! With Gears finished, and Peter Molyneux leaving Lion Head this is Microsoft saying nothing more then "We're desperate!" Again, I'd rather the series end on a high note(Seriously if you haven't...play Reach) instead of being burned to the ground by another studio. This kind of thing happens all the time: Crash,Spyro, Jak and Daxter and Dragonball.Akumaito Beam wrote: I bet it includes a really edgy opinion like Halo though.
...Wait what are you doing? Are you still reading this? I finished what I had to say, why don't you move on to the next post?

I actually hate to agree with them, which I do, but with the console fighting games. That's what they only focused on. If they just killed those, I'd be good, I want Dragon Ball DS 3 still, lol. But I STRONGLY disagree with Kingdom Hearts being on the list. Sure, their games are... yeah... but they just need to fix it up, not kill it! I guess that's what Dragon Ball games need too. Some refreshers.

It doesn't need to die; they just need time, quality, and creativity.
+Space the games out at least 2 to 2½ years apart. People need breathing room so they don't get tired of the product. Also, extra time allows you to build up momentum. Hard to create hype when it's a once-a-year thing.
+Quality kind of comes with the extra time, but is not necessarily dependent on it. Spend more time developing your fighting engine, work on tweaking little things so there's a bit more individuality between characters in terms of how they play.
+Creativity in the way of being allowed to go anywhere from doing fun, silly stuff ala some of the Mario spin-off games have to going off and developing its own serious game-original story. Create a new villain, new threats. Visit both familiar places and new ones.
Basically the opposite of what they're doing now. ^^;
I would like to footnote that I really enjoyed "Attack of the Saiyans" and have generally had a lot more fun with the DS/Gameboy DB games that have been developed in the past. The last console Dragon Ball game I purchased was Burst Limit.

I don't think DBZ needs to die, It's just need time and get something new. BT3 and IW is the best for him for now, why don't give 2 years to make a new game that completely outbeats both or just go for a RPG?
I'm surprised he didn't mention Need For Speed. Seriously, this franchise had to die a long time ago.
