When Boo absorbed South Kaioshin.

Essentially, if I don't accept the premises of your theories, it's hard to accept anything you said.

7. Good Boo
Fixed.
South Kai was also not connected to Boo anymore when his power was increasing which therefore validates the point that even though it wasn't stated that South Kai either strengthened him or weakened him, we can lead to the conclusion that he most certainly did not strengthen him since by removing good boo, that removed both kai's from boo yet his power began to grow.
Except Kaioshin clearly states that Buff Boo = South Kaioshin-Boo and makes a point to state that only Dai Kaioshin did anything to Boo other than make him stronger. Dai Kaioshin was the only exception to Boo gaining power via absorption (minus Vegetto of course but he wasn't technically absorbed/merged).

Context: after Boo absorbs Vegetto
Elder Kaioshin: “…Don’t you think it’s a little strange? …Each time Majin Boo has absorbed a warrior up to now, his power has gone up and his appearance has changed…But this time…”
Kaioshin: “He hasn’t changed…! What’s that mean!?”

Context: as evil Boo reverts to his South Kaioshin form
Goku: “H-hey…Vegeta…His ki is increasing, ain’t it…!?”

Context: evil Boo continues to revert to his South Kaioshin form
Goku: “…H-hey…He’s changed into an awfully bulky guy…”

Context: after reverting to his South Kaioshin form, Boo continues to change
Vegeta: “…Look…He intends to perform another transformation…”
Note: It's a transformation which we later find out reverts Boo back to a weaker form.

Context: after Boo reverts to his pure form
Goku: “We did it! This way, we might be able to manage something.”

Kaioshin: “And then the South Kaioshin, the burliest and strongest one, was…somehow absorbed by Boo….. “
Elder Kaioshin: …And he became that huge Boo from before? “
Kaioshin: “…Yes…Next to be absorbed was the fat but kind and gentle Dai-Kaioshin….The Majin Boo that Bibidi created was evil itself, a failed creation that even Bibidi himself couldn’t handle, but by absorbing the Dai-Kaioshin, he somehow become controllable…. “
Note: So Kaioshin acts as if the South Kaioshin absorption was nothing out of the ordinary (strengthened Boo just like the previous ones) yet the Dai Kaioshin absorption was (weakened Boo unlike the previous ones)
Elder Kaioshin: “…So he was finally completed…Which is to say…that this current…small Majin Boo…is the initial…mo…most troublesome one…”
Kaioshin: “….Yes…the heart which he gained by going so far as to lower his power through absorption…has returned once again to the way it was…he has no self-control whatsoever…he has become evil itself…”
Note: Boo was still 'pure evil' after absorbing South Kaioshin therefore the 'losing power in exchange for heart' statement doesn't apply to the South Kaioshin absorption.

Logically, since there was nothing connected to Boo anymore, his power was changing back to the way it once was before he absorbed the Kai's. Kai's back story explains why his power was increasing and no where does it say that Kid boo is a weaker Boo.

Evil Boo>SSjin3 Goku>Pure Boo is stated and Goku thought he could manage something against Pure Boo as opposed to shitting himself over fighting against Evil Boo without being merged. I guess that isn't enough for some people even considering there is nothing suggesting Pure Boo>Evil Boo
My final note : I really love how I am using the Japanese manga, I stick with this interpretation against the people who believe Evil Boo > Pure boo.

You stick with the *wrong* interpretation because it suits you. Hitler stuck with *his* interpretation of Jewish people. It doesn't make his interpretation right.
But when I bring in the Japanese Anime, all's it does is strengthens my interpretation and continues off of what Kaioushin had said about why his power was increasing when Good Boo was removed by it saying that Pure Boo is stronger than before a few other times.

But here's the thing. It's stated in the anime that Pure Boo>>Gohan-Boo and Toei actually removed the line about Vegetto>Pure Boo so...no, It doesn't strengthen your interpretation because you still follow Gotenks-Boo>Pure Boo.

@DBZGTKOSDH

Sorry, I didn't realise you were talking about South Kaioshin-Boo. I thought you were talking about S. Kaioshin himself and saying he is stronger than Evil Boo.

I should really quit getting involved in these topics. It is the absolute definition of 'same shit, different day'.

I have a question. Was it stated in the manga that the Buff Boo was the form he took when he absorbed the South Kaioshin, or was that only in the anime flashback?

So we don't really have any concrete proof that Kid Buu is stronger than Fat Buu? It seems the only comparison we have is that Goku said he could beat both of them but he never actually accomplished this.

The difference in power seems impossible to determine from just that and I don't think there's anything else to go by.

The proof is right here:

Kaioshin: “….Yes…the heart which he gained by going so far as to lower his power through absorption has returned once again to the way it was...

Doesn't matter if one thinks Pure Boo got stronger first (absorbing South Kaioshin) before getting weakened(absorbing Dai Kaioshin)...
Kaioshin directly states the transition from Pure Boo gaining a heart(Fat Boo) lowered the original Boo's power.

It's pretty cut and dry that it's saying Pure Boo > Fat Boo.

...Nevermind the fact that SSJ3 Goku at full power was shown equaling Pure Boo(only being able to win by revving his Ki) while stating he could have simply beaten Fatso back then when he had a time limit:
Goku: I can say this now, but the truth is that with that fat Boo, I would have been able to defeat him at the time with Super Saiyan 3
If anything...under those time conditions with no one to stall for him... it sounds like Goku is saying he could finish fatso rather instantly and easily.

Well I guess I need to readjust my long-held stance on Fat Buu vs. kid Buu then. I've always known Super Buu was the strongest of the three but everything I heard before coming here was that Fat Buu was the second strongest and that Kid Buu's status was just inflated due to a dub-only line.

Learning that the manga says the Kai weakened him is unexpected. Thank you for telling me.

Although when it comes to Goku, given the fact he didn't actually beat either of them, I don't know how worthwhile his word is. Goku is far from infallible after all.

I thought Kid Buu being stronger than Fat Buu was a given. Goku was dead even with kid buu blow for blow maybe with a slight advantage to Goku, while he was beating Fat Buu around pretty good.

Fat Buu is different from Good Buu. They look the same, but Good Buu is much weaker since the evil that came out of him took most of his power.

In terms of how Pure Boo ranks up with Fat Boo, we have this.

Dead SS3 Gokuu, holding back, still had something of a dominant advantage during his brief fight with Fat Boo, who enjoyed it and wanted to continue. If it'd continued for quite a bit more, with Gokuu putting more of his force to inflict damage, I'm not sure Boo would've said that. Gokuu later says that he could've defeated Fat Boo, and this is never contradicted.

Alive SS3 Gokuu, at full power, fought Pure Boo on a roughly even ground. He may've been a little bit stronger, but Pure Boo had the advantage of regeneration. Both he and Vegeta agreed that he could wipe Boo out with one final attack, but when he tried to conjure up enough energy for that, he failed and reverted back to normal. Note that Gokuu only ever had this problem with his ki once he actually attempted to gather up the necessary ki for one big blast intended to override Boo's regeneration and destroy the monster once and for all.

Judging by this, I'd say that Pure Boo's stronger than Fat Boo. It doesn't get much simpler than that.

It seems like he's talking about Goku's fight with Fat Buu rather than Kid Buu's fight with Good Buu.

Power Level wise, I thought Fat Buu & Super Buu were equal.

Fat Buu = Super Buu.

In the Manga they state that Super Buu just has a better body for fighting and can sense Ki.
Fat Buu & Super Buu share exactly the same absorption, just an Evil Mentality, so it makes sense that they should share the same power level.

Kid Buu > Fat Buuu.

Thus I Believe the following

Super Buu (Gohan)
Super Buu (Gotenks)
Super Buu (Piccolo)
Kid Buu
Super Buu
Fat Buu
Evil Buu
Good Buu

Supposedly after he split in two, the fat Majin Boo is not even half strong as he was before and lost all of the evil in his heart.

Well, there are a few extra lines on top of that that. Goku comments on Super Buu's ki changing from the afterlife, and Gohan starts getting anxious that there won't be a world left to save if they don't hurry (granted, though, they could just be talking about his ki becoming more evil). After that, Piccolo tells the two squirts that "everything" about Buu has become greater than before. Then there's also the fact that Goku says he could have beaten Fat Buu, but was adamant that he and Vegeta would die if they tried to take on Super Buu.

To be honest, I don't see why his body changing and becoming more suited for fighting wouldn't increase his ki. Physical transformations like that often do.

This is a very interesting topic.
I do a group rather than power level to be simpler to understand

Tier 1 - Super Vegito

Tier 2 - Super Genki Dama, Evil Majin Buu (with Gotenks SSJ3 and Piccolo absorbed), Evil Majin Buu (with Ultimate Gohan, the Kids and Piccolo absorbed), Base Vegito (Anime Version).

Tier 3 - Ultimate Son Gohan, Gotenks SSJ3, Evil Majin Buu (with Piccolo and the Kids), Buff Majin Buu

Tier 4 - Fat Majin Buu When Satan gets Kill (Massively and Extremely Angry), Evil Majin Buu, Pure Majin Buu (when he is pushing back the Genki-Dama - its Full Power).

Tier 5 - Fat Majin Buu Extremely Angry, Goku SSJ3 Dead, Gotenks SSJ1 POS ROSOT, Regular Pure Majin Buu (when he is fighthing Goku)

Tier 6 - Fat Majin Buu (Inocent+Evil Buu), Goku SSJ3 Alive, Gotenks SSJ1

Tier 7 - Inocent Majin Buu, Evil Buu (brown skin)

Tier 8 - Majin Begeta, Goku SSJ2, Base Gotenks POS ROSOT

Pure Majin Buu (when he is pushing back the Genki-Dama - its Full Power).

He is full power all the time. Goku didnt had any energy to push Spirit bomb so he basicly pushed it in weak base form.

Evil spirit shouldnt be able to deflect Spirit bomb. Only reason he deflects Spirit bomb is because of dramatic ending.

Alright:
Super Buu(Gohan Gotenks Piccolo)
Super Buu(Gotenks Piccolo)
Super Buu(Gotenks)
Super Buu(vieny none absorbed)
Kid Buu
evil Buu(Gray one)
Fat Buu
Good Buu

Goku was clearly going to Kill fat Buu ,but didn't to make sure the younger generation
could take care of themselves (that is stated by multiple character's)
Goku was worn out when he got back because:
A. He was about to run out of time
B. He went SS3
C. He used Kamehameha

I don't think there is a point in classifing the other transformations.
