One is Base Vegeta and the other is "Villain" Vegeta from the Saiyan Saga.
He's got his Saiyan Saga armor as well. Base Vegeta wears his Android Saga armor.
I don't know they've got SSj4 Gogeta as "Super Gogeta". But I can't read Japanese so I can't tell you.
