I freaking LOVE your idea in its totality minus ONE thing. Like so many others have said; Goku. NowI think it'd be a neat idea to put him on the streets instead of in isolation but as others have said his strength would have helpoed him into and out of tropuble. I think iut;d be interesting to exploire a Goku whose stuck on the street but is still clueless - come on you KNOW you want to hear Goku say "What do you mean stick em up? Do you want me to put up a lollypop or something?"
