My ideas were

1. arc 1: Bardock focus. First episode is an adaptation of Dragonball Minus which continues after Goku is sent off, to show Bardock gathering his team an assaulting Frieza's ship

Everyone but Bardock dies. Plus, side, the episode ends with Bardock becoming a Super Saiyan and fighting Frieza. Second episode is the fight vs. Frieza. It's mostly even, until Frieza transforms and starts curbstompng bardock. Luckily, Bardock catches a glimpse of the moon, and kills Frieza as a Golden Oozaru.

Bardock feels he didn't earn his victory, so after dealing with a pestering Vegeta (Prince then King) Bardock and Gine leave the planet and go to reclaim their son. They decide that Earth is overall a better place to live than Planet Vegeta, so they decide to live their. Bardock tries to go home to get their stuff and let them know, but needs to stop off on a rest planet to get some food. Cooler is there, and promptly hands Bardock his ass. To Bardock's surprise, Cooler doesn't kill him, instead, Cooler offers him a deal. Help Cooler kill King Cold (Alliteration XD) and Cooler will let him be on his way. Cue training arc, then Cooler and Bardock vs King Cold

that's the first arc. Thoughts?

I'd also like an Episode of Bardock spinoff anime, even if only for mini season.

As for manga, I want to see a few storyarcs beyond the 28th Budokai. It would be fun to see Goku training Uub and Neko Majin Z. I also want to see the story behind Onio's origins.

If he were to ever go past the current end of Z, id want the new ending to be something along the lines of the GT ending. Whether that be Goku becoming essentially the new Whis or god or whatever it would take to give a better sense of closure to our main cast. Just not that completely open ended thing we have now. I just personally would prefer it from a story standpoint, but also if Toriyama does that then it makes it a lot harder for new "GT"'s to happen :p

Tired of Saiyan focus. Give Tenshinhan, Launch, Yamcha, Krillin, Piccolo, Oolong and Puar (it would be a damn funny spin-off with these two), Roshi (maybe his younger days?), Red Ribbon Army (could be a dark OVA or mini-series, delving into their rise and subsequent destruction, with Gero's final solution).

These characters just have so much more to offer than Saiyans, we have enough Bardock material. With the Earthlings, there are more themes to pursure, more genres, comedy to dark stories to delve into for an hour or for a few episodes.

I want to see feature length CGI animated film adaptations of the series. I want it to somewhat look like the Raging Blast 2 opening. It would be a long running film franchise like the Harry Potter films. Each film is based on a arc (but the early stuff might have to be jammed together similar to how Path to Power did it). I really think that the Saiyan, Freeza and Android arcs would make great animated films if they're done right, but that's only in my dreams (I don't think the Buu arc would work as a movie). But hey, anything can happen! Ratchet & Clank are getting a CGI animated movie coming out this year and I thought that would never happen.

He said some side-stories, is not that every single one would be about the Saiyans. And no, they haven't. Indeed it would be cool to see more of those characters you said, but Saiyans are more interesting. Maybe we have, but all Bardock material were either a spin-off or it was a crappy and bad developed with just one chapter. And Bardock is perfect for a dark story as well, and as proved since 1990.

the first two arcs focus on fan favorites in order to hook an audience, then more obscure peeps are brought in.

Also, there are non-Saiyan characters in both arcs. The first has Cooler, his squad, and Grandpa Gohan in prominent roles.

The second has prominent appearences by 16, Videl, Ranfan, and Upa (as the new Z fighters)

2. A well translated and uncensored version of the manga from Viz. Preferably Kanzenban so we can get good paper quality and all the color chapters.
3. FUNimation releasing Dragon Boxes for the original series, the movies, and GT.
4. Animated version of Cross Epoch.
5. JSAT special finally getting a North American release dubbed and subbed.
6. A complete eradication of the name "Bills".
7. Just for fun, maybe some Dr. Slump characters show up in the 3rd film to try and help.

Every episode of Dragonball Kai (Saiyan Saga through Cell Games), original Yamamoto soundtrack version, available on DVD.

A sequel to that DS RPG that came out a while back, Attack of the Saiyans. Same style graphics (no 3D polygon crap please... no 3D at all preferably... the cel-shaded type isn't awful when it's done well at least, but I'd really prefer some well-done 2D sprites) and everything, just... covering more of the story (like one game for Freeza saga, one for Androids/Cell, one for Buu... like how the Legacy of Goku series or those old NES/SNES RPGs were set up.) Or a new side-story type game rather than a "going over the original storyline again" sort of thing, like what Xenoverse's story mode kinda did, except in the form of an RPG with similar graphics to Attack of the Saiyans. Or a version that covers the original Dragonball, maybe up to Piccolo Daimao if possible, since the first one started with Piccolo Jr...

And I'll second (third? can't remember exactly how many previous posts mentioned the idea) a Mr. Satan and Buu spinoff series like what Toriyama said years ago that he wanted to do if he ever did more Dragonball stuff.
