It was good when it was dubbed in Lisbon

As a whole, yeah, it's great. But I saw a few episodes of the XY dub on Biggs and I thought it was pretty bad, which is a shame considering every other season before this point was so well-acted, especially the original two or three seasons.

The Disney dubs are usually the best dubs we've done, no?

Yeah, I didn't watch XY because of the absurd BGM replacement crap that went on. Was mostly talking about the BW dub.

I remember I read from a Henrique Feist interview (I don´t know whether it´s still online or not, but I hope it is) that the "pérolas" of the portuguese dub originated when the studio got the french masters, there were some missing dialogues and the director António Semedo (R.I.P) decided to fill those missing dialogues with local jokes.

As far as Pokemon dubs go, they were really good when Nacional Filmes had their first 2 casts working there (so, everything up until Master Quest plus the 3 first movies), completely terrible when Dialectus took over the for Diamond and Pearl and are now at their best with Cinemágica (even if they fell back a little with XY, however the XY's movie dub is great), that said Maria João Luís is the best Ash Portugal has gotten and no one can tell me otherwise.

It's most likely true, Saint Seiya and Sailor Moon even got a worse treatment in terms of "pearls" and António Semedo was also the director of them, that said, I don't buy the "not filling the mouth flaps" part one bit since that was never a problem in the movies and the majority of the OG Dragon Ball and GT,

Fernanda Figueiredo is not living in Portugal right now.

This is true and always confirmed by them, everytime they are asked about Dragon Ball.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

Where does she live now and when did she leave Portugal?

I guess, she lives in London. João Loy told us that 1 month ago, when asked if there was any chance the bring the old cast back, if we ever got the new sutff.
He said he was been keeping contact with Feist, Spinola and Cristina, but its been a long time since he talked with Fernanda.

He only knew that she's not living in Portugal and she seems to be doing other things now.

She was still brought back for Sailor Moon Crystal this year, so it's not out of the real of possibilities that she is brought back for a future Dragon Ball dub.

I guess if she doesn´t return for a future Dragon Ball production as Krillin, another actor/actress or even Fábio Lucindo (Krillin´s Brazilian Portuguese Voice Actor) could be cast, since he lives in Portugal now

Didn't know about that. But the biggest challenge is still bringing the new stuff for Portugal. Apparently Sailor Moon Crystal can get a dub but Dragon Ball Kai not.
When Super debuted, it appeared in almost every Portugal online media but its always the same blablala
