Hmmmm I think Mosco or Rumoosh. Since all the details were revieled I think now Iwan and Gen could be some of, if not the strongest.
The real problem is that a gods power dose not dictate there universe level. Beerus is likely not the weakest and he's got an edge over Champa yet Champa has the higher ranked universe.
And yes Liquire is very likely on the more powerful end of the scale to.

Aha okay. Well i believe Beerus to be the 3th weakest. Sidra the 1st weakest, Champa 2nd and Beerus 3th. It's because Champa is a fat version of Beerus xD

By the descriptions, nothing suggests that Iwan/Gin are the strongest or that Beerus/Champa/Sidra are the weakest.
The only thing we know is the mortal level rankings and who's the best in his jobs.
