After the 'last arc' - be it the Universal Survival arc or one of the following...
Beerus talks to Goku that he intends to have a proper sleep again for like 30 years after a too eventful time.
Goku agrees, but wishes for one final fight against Beerus.
Beerus agrees, they go to a proper fighting stage (Hyberbolic Time Chamber, at Zen's place, somewhere in space between the universes, a fighting stage created by Whis...)
and the battle begins...

Music of Chozetsu Dynamic plays showing the start of the battle before starting to show scenes from the events of Super (starting from their first meeting on King Kai's planet, with Freeza's return, the U6 tournament, Goku Black,....)
Return to the Goku / Beerus fight, both hitting each other in the face making a double K.O.
Whis carries Beerus and Goku away to Beerus Planet, both wake up, show respect and say goodbye.
Beerus goes to sleep, Goku back to Earth planning to continue training there.

*another ending song*, reanimated events of the 28th Tenkaichi Budokai with Goku leaving with Uub....
Preview: => new Dragon Ball anime starting the week after

Actually it's all because of Whis. If he didn't take Goku and Vegeta to train then they wouldn't have taken part in the other universes' tournaments nor would Goku have fought Zamasu.

If they plan on resetting everything (I doubt it) then BOG should stay because Goku's fight with Beerus wasn't the reason the post events happened. It was also Toriyama's first story after 18 years of retirnment and the one that revived the franchise so fo that alone it deserves to stay. It doesn't go against anything in GT or any future stories they could do later so there's really no reason to get rid of it, especially with how good its movie counterpart is.

Also keep in mind that Freeza would've been revived with or without Beerus so if not for them finding out about the ritual, Freeza would've killed everyone and EOZ wouldn't have happened.

I do understand why they might be thinking about it because everything is getting too big and by the time Toriyama's done I think it'll be hard for them to move forward. If they decide to do that I hope it's not Toriyama who does it cause we've waited so long for him to come back so I'd rather him just move onto EOZ and let them do it with whatever arc they start their next show with. What we're getting now seems like a natural continuation of the story and I'd like DB, Z & Super to be Toriyama's definitive story.
No, what I'm saying is the entirety of Super's chain of events were set off by Beerus and Goku or can be explained away as such.

I.e. BoG prompted Goku and Vegeta to go to train with Whis for 6 months. I doubt it that it's a coincidence that Frieza's men just happened to revive Frieza the only 6 months of the past 10 years where BOTH Goku and Vegeta are off world, AND in a world where these characters train for literal years even if using the RoSaT, Frieza just happened to be able to train for 4 months to reach God level tiers of power. My point is its incredibly plot convenient that Frieza wasn't revived during the android or buu sagas and the incredible weird non-precedented training window of 4 months Frieza also convenient fits in this time frame.

Basically, the framing of RoF makes it incredibly easy to make the case and later say that the only reason Frieza got revived is because Vegeta and Goku were off training with Whis otherwise they would have prevented them from making the wish or stopped them right after getting the pieces of Frieza's body.

At this point it's safe to say Super will easily reach 200 episodes and when it does end (probably when Toriyama's done), they'll just start a new show that picks up where Toriyama left off with Toyotarou most likely as the main writer.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

However it ends, I feel the final scene should leave the audience and the franchise with a feeling of "The Adventure Continues." There'll be more out there for the characters to do, we just won't follow them for the time being.

SSJB Goku and SSJB Vegeta fuse to become SSJB Gogeta, SSJB Gogeta stacks Kaioken times one million on top of that and charges at Beerus in a freeze frame ending.

This reminds me of how Rocky III ends and I'm laughing so hard because of it.

Beerus: What favor?

Goku: You beat me...thats hard for a man with my pride to handle. Lord Beerus...you fight great but I'm a great fighter.

Beerus: Well aren't you gonna ring the bell?

Goku: *Mouths out: DING...DING*

In fact...i want this ending now.

After training Uub and other "new generation" fighters, both Goku and Vegeta have nothing to do, as at that point the have finally surpassed Beerus and become the strongest mortals in the multiverse.
As time goes on, both of them start to feel much weaker, so knowing that their time has ended, they both agree on having a final match. However, this time, the two saiyans would not be fighting to determine who's stronger, but simply as old friends wanting to go all out one last time.
So they get as far as possible from Earth, ask Whis for help and fight in a distant place.

Once their battle has ended, the two of them die with a big smile showing no regrets, this obviously being followed by a big explosion, while Chouzetsu no Dynamic is playing.

THE END.

So yeah basically Dragon ball online.
I really miss ma boy, Black :(

But he de-fuses already in the next frame

Why would Beerus want to settle the score with Goku? He's already 1-0 not 1-1

Don't really care how it ends, as long as it's not a 100% win for Goku
And by that I mean by having a perfect happy ending where Goku saves all the universes and everyone lives happily ever after.

Some kind of prediction of the future from the Oracle Fish, and/or a montage showing the events of EoZ and GT taking place as the adventures of the future for our heroes.

Then after the ending montage, Shenron flies Goku directly to Beerus' planet after he falls asleep at EoGT

I like the ending from DBO where Goku and Vegeta are old and near death and go off to battle one last time and never return. But I can't imagine it ending unless the story suddenly bombs so badly that all the fans lose interest.

Beerus and Goku fight one last time... And it ends in a draw. Beerus laments that he wants a mortal to be able to beat him before he goes back to sleep, so Goku admits that he can't beat Beerus; but he does know someone who could give Beerus that last fight he wants. But... Goku needs Beerus to wait about 15 years to prepare the guy, Uub's only around four at the moment!
When Super apparently shoves Goku down our throats:

Now that would be an interesting twist. It would make Uub feel more relevant.
