Is there, or is there not an OVA? (An effort toward closure)

Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.

That's it. Until that happens we are going to keep having newbs coming in and saying 'OMG there is so an OVA" and so forth. This topic will probably go down as another thread going in the same circles as all the others like it. It's like the whole thing going around on how horrible Funimation is. It's a dead horse, let's stop beating it.
There's a definitive answer here, though. It isn't circular in the least. The only things perpetuating further "speculation" are the ones who stubbornly believe that it isn't an OVA. And, unfortunately, most of them will probably never change their mind until they see something that says it clearly on Daizex.

How about if Daizex puts it to a vote? But only those with a certain amount of posts are allowed to vote. This could be used to atleast quell the issue here.

I'm not sure that's a very fair way of doing it. There are plenty of people who're registered here who don't have as many posts but can still contribute intelligently to the issue, and (if you'll pardon me in saying so) there are a few people who post a lot but whose input won't really help in the matter at all. I'm not directing this to anyone in particular, so please don't get angry at me; I'm just stating the obvious... :< Ruling people out based on the number of posts won't do anything to help the voting if we decide to do it.
Art, etc. links taken down for now. Will be updated at some point. I dunno.

There's nothing to put to a vote... the facts are there...

The facts are there, but they're all over the place. Read this post, if you haven't already by now. Why is a little clarity too much to ask for (when you have willing volunteers)?
