Have you seen the ENTIRE series?
If we count cut, dubbed episodes and movies, I've seen all of DragonBall. If not, I'm still missing episode 1-13 and movie 1.
For DBZ, however, I've seen fairly little. I've seen the Cell saga in it's entirity, and every episode from the beginning of the series up to Vegeta and Nappa land on Earth ("Vegeta Saga I", in other words). I've also seen some assorted Freeza episodes, and, of all things, the Garlic Jr. saga, as well as movie 1-6 and the two TV specials. And, interestingly enough, I've never heard We Gotta Power. At all.
Never seen anything GT-related, unless the 10th Anniversary movie counts, which it really shouldn't.

I currently own all of the dragonball series DVD's over here, and I have seen all of the DB/Z/GT episodes, movies and specials that Funimation has dubbed so far. (I never did bother to watch the Japanese version with subs when I had the chance to)
But now with the anouncement and re-releace of the Saiyan and Namek saga's in widescreen format, I've been tempted to buy them aswell and I now own the first 2 season sets, and am currently watching the dubbed version of the Namek saga with about 3 episodes per day due to everything else I do. And I guess I'll be re-watching Dragonball Z all over again when the other season sets come out
Infact the dragonball series has been my longest interest for many years now

The Ultimate Funimation Fangirl.
Since buying the Dragon Boxes I've pretty much just been rotating through the episodes endlessly. I'm now on my third run of the entire series (currently up to DBZ 009, the Gohan/robot ep). I watch the TV specials according to broadcast dates, but just randomly watch the movies.
It may sound like it gets boring, but since it takes over a year to watch the series, by the time you get to the end, your ready to watch it all over again!
It's also not as time consuming as it may sound. I usually just watch an episode or two while eating dinner, etc.

No. I don't think this even counts what I've seen of the Mexican dub and of the original Japanese w/Simmons subs combined. I missed parts of the Celula and Bú sagas. (Seru and Buu sagas as known to all of you)

I actually haven't seen every single episode, but I've seen most of the important ones or snippets of them.
I've also seen very little Dragon Ball, which is why I plan on buying the Box Sets as soon as I can. I saw an episode now and then, but my main concern used to be DBZ. Not only that, but I didn't even know that there was a show that premiered before Dragon Ball Z when I was young.
So, no, haven't seen each and every episode.

I won't sound like a true fan when I say it, but I've missed most of the Saiyan Saga. I was introduced to the series late and never caught the original reruns (if there were any). Just some of the redubs.
Granted, I've got the D.Box discs for those now, but I already know the storyline through recap, video games, web sites, etc. So catching up would probably just be just for fun, when I have the time to sit down and watch.
Other than that, I've seen everything else dubbed; Boo Saga original and dubbed and the same with most of the movies.
I've also missed all but a handful of episodes of GT, but it's not too much of a priority for me, for obvious reasons. :P

I have watched all of Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT, the movies, the TV Specials and the game footage from Playdia.
I have also watched those two special episodes from Dragonball, the ones where they talk about fires and traffic misadventures.
So yeah...guess I've seen it all...

ORA SONGOKOU DA!
Most of my viewing of the series has been through the dub. Let's see... I've seen...
- All the DBZ movies (haven't see the DB ones yet) save for #11 (Bio-Broli), and both the Trunks and Bardock TV specials. (I'm desperately trying to get a DVD copy of Bardock at the moment; I wanna hear this "Solid State Scouter" song everyone is so excited about...)
All of GT,
The entire Saiyan Saga --> Namek (Toonami's run of the Ultimate Uncuts),
"Majin Buu Saga" ---> End,
The later half of the fight with Freeza ([/i]His rise to his fifth form[i/]) ---> Trunks saga,
Scattered, good-size chunks of DragonBall, including just about all of the Piccolo saga (Including the 23rd TB).

I'm embarrassed to say that I've only seen about two-thirds of Dragon Ball and only about one-fourth of GT (and that's if you count both the dub and the original.) I've seen every episode of DBZ, though, and I've also seen every movie but Curse of the Blood Rubies, but I haven't seen the original Japanese versions of DBZ movies 4 & 5 yet.
Other than those and the Burdock special, I've seen everything.

I've seen all the dragonball z episodes
. I've seen DBZ movies 1,2,3,7,8,9,10,11,12,13, the specials and the PlayDia footage. I haven't seen the dragonball movies and i've seen a quarter of the dragonball series. I've seen most of GT but it got a bit boring, so i stopped watching for a while and then returned later missing about 7 episodes. One day, i will see every single episodes of dragonball and GT.
Just another Dragon Ball fangirl in the world.

I haven't seen a few episodes of Dragonball, most of the Baby saga and some of the Black Star Dragonball saga of GT, and DBZ: Lord Slug.
I also haven't seen a lot of Dragonball, some of the Ginyu and Freeza saga's, and DB: Curse of the Blood Rubies in so long that it's like I haven't seen them. It's actually a good feeling knowing I haven't seen certain parts of the Dragonball story

Dragonball:
I've seen the first "season" that was shown on TV in the early nineties.
Saw "Path to Power" on youtube. Didn't see the other movies.
Dragonball Z:
Saw every episode up until the Android saga. After that I've seen only about 4 or 5. Plus every DBZ movie and TV special and the "OVA".
Dragonball GT
Watched every (dubbed unfortunately) episode on youtube.
Plus the tv special.

I've seen all of Dragonball, all of Z and ugh parts of GT, I just can't stomache the show... Seen all the movies though, and specials.
Though I must admit, there's some parts I've probably missed, because I sometimes don't pay full attention at the more unintresting parts..
*cough Garlic Jnr, and fake Namek episodes arghhh!*
