chichi knowing kaioken is the silliest thing I've ever heard of.

what do you have to back that up with?

The red aura was just the color they assigned to her when she was mad.

Isn't Goku that only person that knows it (Well, King Kai knows it but cant preform it)?

Only goku and king kai, but we dont see him use it; tehcnically he can do the spirit bomb as well.

which gives him the odd ability to be a fully functioning character [but no developers would dare add king kai]

move 1 - kaioken
move 2 - a rush move with bubbles n gregory with the mallet
ultimate - a smaller spirit bomb

Even if it's not the Kaioken, she's obviously equipped "Aura Change Red" with gives her an extra bar of ki to start off with.

I'm going to have to agree with this. And just out of curiosity, does it ever actually state that the others are incapable of doing Kaioken? The only one of Goku's techniques during the battle with Freeza that Piccolo seemed surprised by was the Genki Dama, so I wouldn't put it beyond any of the others to be capable of Kaioken.

ok first of all the movie happened, she physically fought with broly as well as the last 2 movies.

being able to see chichi's aura during a FILLER ARC proves nothing

The Movies are filler too. The Garlic Jr anime arc references Movie 1 as it's basis.

Movies are different from made up arcs to keep the manga ahead of the anime.

i still dont know why this argument is going on... chichi is an old lady; and videl is a super strong teenager - I'm not seeing how the 2 are even close.

Yeah. Movies don't even try to fit into the story, and they can't (save for 9, maybe).

Because ChiChi is a super strong lady. The only 'advantage' Videl has is flight, and that doesn't matter if they aren't fighting in a tournament.

IF chichi was that strong she could learn to fly and conrtol her ki, just like videl did, but she hasnt.

gohan said it was because she has been trainging her whole life. if chichi was able to do that wouldnt you think her own son would teach her those things?
