Anyway, the new pictures don't really make me feel much more hopeful, but I guess they're not absolutely terrible either. Just doesn't give a "Dragon Ball" feel.

Let the record accurately reflect that Yuugi started the whole thing with bringing up smoking. It's kind of a longstanding joke with me and I don't come here for approval. In other words, I don't care when a bunch of people start getting on me about what I post. At the end of the day we are really all the same and it's different jokes that make us different. This concludes this Public Service Announcement.

How serious can you take the threads which seem to pop up left and right? It's like mushrooms (NOT A DRUG REFERENCE!) after a sudden rainstorm. We really could benefit from one big thread and using that to discuss the movie and all related news.

In the high res versions of these pictures he definitely looks green, I don't know why but these compressed versions look weird and more, goldish.

If you look veeeeeeery closely, you can see some sort of flower design printed onto Piccolo's clothes. Maybe it's a bedsheet!!

On another note, though . . . know who I think would have made the most awesome live-action Piccolo ever?

I never saw it as any type of pattern. I always thought it had something to do with the lighting or maybe it was blood or something.

But, still, the fact that I think a green guy in bedsheets is more accurate than what FOX is doing might say something about the movie.

Thats "Goldust" btw, he was a profesional wrestler for those who don't know.

Nah its not nearly that bad though, I actually like the new pictures of Piccolo that are coming out.

Where is this “green” everyone keeps mentioning? It looks like pale yellow to me no matter what the resolution. It’s almost as if people are tricking their eyes into seeing what they want to believe.

Um.. maybe it's my computer monitor but he looks green to me.

But honestly... I don't care. I'd rather he act like Piccolo and have good dialogue.

No matter how your monitor is calibrated you should be able to see the obvious differences here.

James Marsters looks fine... if this were a Resident Evil 4 movie.

You guys that think that picture is green will definitely want to check your monitor settings. He is jaundiced. Looks like he's got a case of Hepatic failure.

Not only that, but taking the pic onto Photoshop and trying to adjust the colors through Hue/Saturation shows that the face is only affected when you mess with the Yellows and not the Greens.
