You think the second game of the Sparking series is better than the third? Interesting.omegacwa wrote:Personally I think Sparking Neo is the best of the three.
As for this one, unless something pops up that really makes this game look great, I will probably skip it.

I'm guessing because the third game really added nothing to the series, a few useless moves, a few useless cutscenes, and a slight graphical upgrade.SSJ2bardock wrote:You think the second game of the Sparking series is better than the third? If that's what he means, then I agree, NEO felt like much more of a sequel, and a better game than METEOR, the same was Budokai 3 is a much more solid game than Infinite World, which is just a slight upgrade.

That's definitely an opinion that is up for debate.Rory wrote:the same was Budokai 3 is a much more solid game than Infinite World, which is just a slight upgrade.SSJ2bardock wrote:You think the second game of the Sparking series is better than the third? The only thing Neo has that Meteor doesn't is a nice long story mode.SSJ2bardock wrote:That's definitely an opinion that is up for debate.Rory wrote:the same was Budokai 3 is a much more solid game than Infinite World, which is just a slight upgrade.SSJ2bardock wrote: You think the second game of the Sparking series is better than the third? Lock on was removed from Meteor, so to say that it doesn't work is kind of inaccurate.omegacwa wrote:Vegeta's moveset in Neo is more accurate, why they changed it I have no idea. Also Neo ( I acutally have Tenkaichi 2) has better music and the lock on acutally works.

I think Vegeta gets shafted in DBZ games.
Final Flash: I believe he only did this move twice
Galick Gun: I only remember his yelling it outloud once; against Goku
Big Bang Attack: Once against A. 19 [in the show]
Volley: tons of times in the show.
Thats the usual ones they give him aside from splitting him into 3 characters.
Wheres the move where he shoots a lot of blasts then a huge 2 handed over head ball straight into the ground? id LOVE to see that move in a game.

Are you saying it's a bad thing that Vegeta gets those moves in the games? Because that'd be strange if you were. Those are Vegeta's signature moves, even if he only used them a handful of times. And its not like theres much else you could give him.LeprikanGT wrote:I think Vegeta gets shafted in DBZ games.

Personally, I'm glad he only uses them once or twice. When an attack gets used by multiple characters frequently it gets sort of cheapened IMO.Kid Trunks wrote:Are you saying it's a bad thing that Vegeta gets those moves in the games? Kamehameha I (born February 1758, November 1737, or May 1, 1738; died May 8, 1819), also known as Kamehameha the Great, conquered the Hawaiian Islands and formally established the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1810. By developing alliances with the major Pacific colonial powers, Kamehameha preserved Hawaii's independence under his rule. Kamehameha is remembered for the Kanawai Mamalahoe, the "Law of the Splintered Paddle", which protects human rights of non-combatants in times of battle. Kamehameha's full Hawaiian name is Kalani Paiʻea Wohi o Kaleikini Kealiʻikui Kamehameha o ʻIolani i Kaiwikapu kaui Ka Liholiho Kūnuiākea

The only one I disagree with them using is Galick Gun... I mean, in the first Sparking!, Super Saiyajin 2 Vegeta has has as one of his attacks... it should only be with Saiyajin Saga Vegeta, and as an ultimate. Or, they could make it blue/yellow and have him not yell it out loud.
That was unforgivable and pitifully inaccurate.

I actually much preferred Meteor!'s short story mode. Playing every single fight ever with the same characters with some dialogue in-between over and over... I like how Meteor! mixed it up a little, made it more various and less of a chore to play through.Pain wrote:The only thing Neo has that Meteor doesn't is a nice long story mode.SSJ2bardock wrote:That's definitely an opinion that is up for debate.Rory wrote: the same was Budokai 3 is a much more solid game than Infinite World, which is just a slight upgrade.

I agree.
It was nice to be able to basically rush through the fights, but at the same time have the in-game dialogue from the characters and the R3 action to mix it up a bit.
What I do not want again is a Story Mode that's as long as Budokai 3.
