I just got box 7 left but I don't think I should be worried at the moment.

The other sets I am holding on to for friends that i know who like dbz!! Actually I think I am going to remove it right now!!!
Good Luck on completing whatever set is your desired release for Z though!!!
Umm, you didn't have to remove the picture. It wont do any good now that everyone has seen it. Not to mention the image and links have been quoted 4 times. "Jealousy is a green eyed monster."

At the end of the day guys lets be fair I mean its his money he can do as he please. He will probably re-sell most of them in a few years and will really bring in the $. The only 'jerk' move was posting that thread asking for 1 Dragon box 2 - potentially preventing someone else who needed to complete there set (there were a few me included).

$321.66 was the final price of this action:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/DragonBall-Z-Dr ... 23171029b8
Not bad, pretty good actually, went from $188 to $321.
By the freakin' way, who the hell buys Dragon Box 2 that's used and with some moderate wear for $275?! eBay sellers are crazy!
FUNimation 2015 Releases I want:
- Kai 2.0 on Blu-ray

When the guy never responded I came up with a different solution to complete my set!! Then for how cheap I located the other ones I couldn't pass them up!!!

Lol I'm backing you up here, I do however find it tad difficult to believe you didn't have any other 'leads' on any other Dragon box 2's. However if at the time of you posting that thread you didn't have any other Dragon box 2's on order or a potential order than fair enough. I mean either way though like I said its your money so you can do as you wish.
More on topic though Dragon box one is still being fulfilled on amazon - anyone who wants it get it while you can! Ebay has some very good prices for it too.

A lot of online retailers still have stock of DBox #1. And a lot cheaper then Amazon.
Here's a list of sites still carrying DBox #1 if anyone is interested.

Just received this message from Toylet about the second set:
"We are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to fulfill your order. We had just recently sold out of the last of the stock that we were carrying prior to your purchase. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience and trouble we may have caused, but because of this, we do not have the stock to fulfill your order. We will be canceling and refunding the order in full immediately."
They did offer a 5% discount on future purchases which was cool but the search continues!

That really sucks bearing in mind you found the links and everything. What about the other site Sakura media?

The shipping cost is exuberant, almost eBay auction status overall.
EDIT: It's actually the same as Toylet, going to give it a shot.
Update: Damn, the store website seems like it's not being maintained; just tried to send them a message and the email bounced back.
I should really be screening links before I post!

Target is now sold out of DBox #4.
Also, I take back my suggestion of buying the DBoxes from Target. A friend of mine ordered DBox #4 from Target and they shipped it in a cardboard envelope. No bubble wrap or anything. The Box was jammed in his mailbox by his mailman and when he opened it, the box was damaged. He called Target and they are out of stock and said they will be removing the listing from their site. His only choices were to keep the damaged one, go to a store for a gift card credit, or mail it back and receive credit to his credit card. He choose to keep the DBox. (He's been my friend for almost 25 years. His house after school one day was the first time I saw DBZ on CN.)
Side note: For packaging, I have yet to find any online retailers that package as well as Amazon does. When I first started buying these boxes they were a lot more expensive due to a higher MSRP. So I tried to shop around on the net and find a place cheaper then amazon. I did find several actually. However, when I tried contacting them, almost all of them flat out refused to ship the DBox in a box. They all said they used manila envelopes to ship in. I finally gave in and ordered from amazon. When my DBox #1 arrived, it came packaged in a piece of cardboard that was wrapped around the Box. I was pissed off before I even opened it up. It turned out that the DBox was fine, but I raised hell with them in an email anyways. They sent an email back thanking me for my order and made a note on my account to ship any future DVD's in boxes. After that, the last 6 DBoxes all came shrink wrapped to a piece of cardboard, that piece of cardboard is cut specifically to fit the box it ships in. That way it can not shift in the box during shipment. Best customer service ever.
Sorry for the very long drawn out explanation. Packaging is a very important process of shipping imo.

James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.
Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

Thank you for confirming this,
rs_chaosmaster. I was very worried about this for a while, which is why I went ahead and ordered the remaining volumes that I needed to complete my set. I am now super glad that I did so instead of waiting around until AFTER the holidays were over.

I feel pretty bad, too.
I will say though my experience with Target has not been like that and I've purchased multiple DBoxes from them. They came out just fine.

DBox #6 is now out of stock on amazon and being fulfilled by a 3rd party seller.
Now that makes vol.1, 2, 3, 4, & 6 out of stock on amazon.
I expect there to be a sale for vol.7 soon. After they push out all the remaining stock of vol.5 @ $21.49

*Gasp* I don't have any Dragon Boxes, but at the risk of them going out of print and my not being able to properly see how good they are... (not to mention I don't want to pay $200)I just bought Dragon Box Seven.
Woo Dragon Box!

It is in his character to be rude and a bit crass. He's a hick, with no formal education. That is Son Goku. That is who he is.
Superman in an orange Gi was the bastard son of FUNimation. Its not The real character, it is as false as Chatku.
