The only Special I did was Chapter Zero, but that was REALLY pertinent information. I wanna do a History of Rigor Special, but I'm not doing it for a while.

BTW how is the minisode coming along, also great backstory and artwork. :D

its no biggie. unlike some people, I don't give definitive release dates I can't keep. I just gave a general idea that I was aiming for the beginning of the month.

I guess for all we know they do decide to make him the new Dai-Kaioshin since the post's empty, but this is never specified anywhere. If he was though, you'd think East Kaioshin would be calling him "Dai-Kaioshin" all the time, rather than just Goku and Kibito calling him that once and never again.
So, Rou Kaioshin doesn't seem to have taken Dai Kaioshin's position after all.
