I know life doesn't work that way, but i can still bi.ch  Until Universe 6 happen, i dropped Super anyway :) I know it is very risky to have your own Staff, insteadof freelncers, Kyoto Animation was lucky their business model was so successful https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BPzeO5iPJ4M

Lets hope we get a cool episode from Tate this week, as a Christmas present. :)

I know its stupid and doesn't make any sense.
But someone thats make a video where Toriyama commits suicide, just proves how pathetic this fanbase can be,
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

Word is that Hatano Morio is the episode director of Go! Princess PreCure Episode #47 with Watanabe Koudai as the animation supervisor, so don't expect to see them for a while.

The next episode preview for 47 looked really good though; and I'm such a fan of the "lotus eater" plot device, there's no way I could be upset about them going over to work on that. I'm gonna be so sad when Go!Pri is over; it's probably been my favorite Precure series since HeartCatch.

It'll be interesting to see if Hatano comes back afterward. The main staff of Mahou Tsukai PreCure isn't filled with 'big names' so I can't imagine the series being intended for a 'big push' of any sort.

If they just somehow can bring the fightscenes at the level of Goku vs Cell (starting at where Goku can't keep up with cell)AND the scène where Goku fights Majin Vegeta. Thats all what I want.

I've been pretty disappointed with most of what I've seen for Mahou Tsukai Precure so far. I mean, I'm gonna give the first 3 episodes a shot, and I hope they prove me wrong and it turns out to be entertaining, but I'm not a fan of most of the plot devices they're going to use or the character designs or character personalities.

But if MahoTsu ends up being a low-key year for Precure, I honestly would be ok if it means doing that stabilizes things on Super's end what with the Uni 6 arc coming up.

You know that could be a good reason for why MahoTsu doesn't look as good as MahoPri; Toei could be prepping staff for Sailor Moon Crystal stuff.

I really do want Season 3 of Crystal to be done well; especially given how different the manga's version of that arc is from the 90's anime to the point where it'll be almost a different story altogether. I have watched Crystal all the way through so far; it is definitely its own beast, but I still enjoyed it both the good and the bad.

With how long it took for MahoTsu leaks to appear; I actually was partly anticipating they were going to go full CGI with the entire series given how CGI-happy recent Precure-related series and movies have been. I still think MahoTsu will be heavy on the CGI because they're doing that (imo time-wasting) form change thing that HaCha introduced.
I'm also worried that because MahoTsu is all "witches and magic spells" that it'll have very little actual physical battle stuff (I like the physical battle stuff, replacing that with magic spells would make me sad).

I think MahoTsu will be good for people who like that early 80's magical girl aesthetic, but that's not my style at all. I prefer stuff more in the vein of Sailor Moon. That's why MahoTsu so far isn't gelling with me at all.

Actually 2/3rds of the Go!Pri movie is CGI; it's not even a full movie this year just a collection of featurettes with one hand-drawn and 2 CGI shorts.

For MahoPri! We are getting Splash Star writer, so there is hope it will be good storywise at least, would be cool for it to look as great as Princess, but story and characters are most important for me :)
As for Crystal Season 3, we might probably get it on July 2016, i kinda got used to animation, jsut please, for the love of god, don't make any story changes like in DK saga, and as less still frames as possible, wouldn't mind if they get rid of 2/3 weks wait for episode, wait was really tedious. But, I'm somehow optimistic, Black Moon was already much better, DK was some sort of field test, if people still wanna watch SM (Live Action series sold, from what i heard , very poorly, putting Sailor Moon in hiatus for almost 10 years)

The storyboards for 27 are credited to Hiroyuki Kakudou. It looks like his only previous DB experience is directing (and storyboarding) GT Episodes 5 and 10, but he has over 30 years of experience in the industry, including serving as series director for Digimon Adventure and 02.

I don't know if he's really a big deal or anything, but I wasn't expecting to find so much information when looking up the name.

The animation supervisors for Episodes #27, #28, #29 and #30 all had 6 weeks since their last episodes, respectively. Don't know if this is a bad thing.

Would be nice to see Yamamuro, Iseki or Seizo popping up in the schedule to give the other animation supervisors at least some time for breathing.

Episode #26 Tate Naoki, it would seem. Chioka still isn't storyboarding, either.

Kakudou's recent work was really nice. I seem to recall really liking his storyboards for World Trigger.

Six weeks is better than less.
