It would be but I doubt it. Black is acting like Goku's body is some foreign entity he's inhabiting and is only now getting the hang of. That's a weird mentality to have if he was always just Goku but raised differently.

Yeah, but Kibito isn't as discriminatory seeing as he stops at just looking down on lower beings, but I do see your point. Their thinking is similar enough in that regard.
