I don't see where all these doubts are coming from. It's a stated fact that Vegetto's power would distort the physical laws. Odd thing is that took the power of a SSJ3 to make that happen. I guess he was just fooling around in his SSJ and SSJ2 forms (not using even a fraction of his full power).
