Exactly! If it was just a projection and Goku does really attack like a dragon, instead of just a normal punch, it wouldn't be lame. But it is!

You could argue that Piccolo couldn't turn giant or Goku couldn't turn SS4 because of magic pants.

There is nothing wrong in turning giant. And SSJ4 is, again, crap filler.

And I guess the attack will be in form of Dragon Fist going by your post. Shame though.

I do get where you are coming from saying that the Dragon was physical but I kind of think that its a matter of interpretation if he was physical or not. It looked more physical than Yamcha`s wolf but I actually don`t think it was. Thats how interpreted it anyway

But... why?

Cause it is lame! Why would a freaking golden dragon appear behind Goku in such attack? Did Goku ate the Dragonballs? Did he created Shenlong? No! In GT, against the 3-star Dragon, it is used properly (according to you since he killed an opponent weaker than him) but it is freaking lame. It doesn't make any sense just like everything in fillers.

But, on that token, a lot of things in the canon universe don't make sense, either

For those who have a problem with the "Dragon Fist" being used in any capacity...

... what exactly are you looking for...?

One of the things I like so much about Multiverse is its combination of things that never existed in the original series with totally new elements, and beyond that, the expansion upon elements from the original series into even "newer" ideas. The way that this "Final Dragon Flash" is depicted is pretty neat, methinks -- I like how it's more of a projectile (in line with the original Final Flash) than it is a ki-based physical attack with a dragon as mere imagery (the original Dragon Fist).

Don't get me wrong... I don't necessarily expect you to know what it is you're looking for absolutely, no debate, totally, 100%... but it seems a little weird to just dismiss it outright for being an extension of what the entirety of Multiverse already is: an amalgamation of original storyline extensions.
