Amiga. The punchline to that speach is that they're driving the point home that Goku would never say the actual hope of the universe dub speech. So they gloriously butchered every single line in it
Popo and Shenlong stole the show

If ever there was proof that TFS could play it straight, it's certainly this episode. It felt like a more traditional DBZ episode with sprinkles of the abridged humor we know so well.
Though I think playing the super saiyan transformation completely straight was the only real way to do it.

Episode 30-1 felt way too rapid and near the ending there should've been an Eyecatch since it's a three part episode.
Frieza's 5 minute planet exploding is total bs! xD

Ehm... Did Bulma and Kami get new voices?
Also known as "GeniDude" and "NerdyNorwegian"!

Is it me or does the production value on this episode seems higher than what used to be, not that the others were crap but this one has more of their "movie" quality put into it.

That's because it's the season finale I suppose.
I assume the lack of an eyecatch means Part 2 will be uploaded within the next 2 days (would be kickass is it came out today but unlikely)

Yay new episode! X3
Goku's malapropisms are sweet and so much fun.
Stuffed crust; you can eat it "in reverse".
Mr. Popo and Shenlong's interaction; I was curious about how that was going to play out.

Well, according to Twitter, part one was originally supposed to be around 17 minutes long, but TFS has a strike on their YouTube account, so Kaiser had to cut it short. Way short.
So, in short, it'll be up on YouTube in three parts, not two.
But yeah. Great so far. I really loved Goku and Gohan's short interaction at the beginning there.

I don't think people realize that this team is putting about Dragon Ball Z Abridged for free, and that they are not entitled to this series at all. I'm surprised they have to decided to continue the series for such ungrateful fans, most fans have absolutely no idea how much work is put into making these. It gets me angry when I see fans demanding the next video on the day a video is released.

*reads comments that there's a Darkwing Duck reference...gets to this episode much quicker than he may have otherwise*
In all seriousness though, I've been watching the latest episodes for a while now but I still need to go back and watch the earliest Namek stuff.

I believe that the members of TFS realize that there are a collective vocal few that are like that, compared to the silent (and sometimes not-so-silent) majority of fans, and that because the team does enjoy what they do, they're not so willing to let a few jerks (which are inevitable in
every fandom - and I mean
every fandom ever) ruin it for everybody else that is willing to be patient.

TFS has a strike on their YT account? Damn it that sucks.
And here I thought TFS was immune to strikes. :-/

Oh no. Their channel has been taken down times beyond counting.

Very good episode. Great acting and jokes.
Yamcha will take time getting used to. It sounds like an original voice and not a parody, not that there's anything wrong with that of course
Love Kami's new voice. not as silly but really fitting.
My favourite art style (and animation) outside Toriyama who worked on Dragon Ball: Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, Masaki Satō, Minoru Maeda, Takeo Ide, Hisashi Eguchi, Katsumi Aoshima, Tomekichi Takeuchi, Masahiro Shimanuki, Kazuya Hisada

Kaio: Are you questioning god?
Kami: Are you?
Kaio: Not the time Kami!

Great episode. Loved MasakoX's acting in the SSJ scene. The stuff between Kaio and Kami was great, too.
I also appreciate the use of Kikuchi's score.
Favorite bits:
- "The one and only Super Saiyan! ... Right?"
- THE SPEECH ("I am the bacon in the fridge for all living things that cry out for hunger!")
- "I don't know... five, is it five? Y-yeah, five minutes!"
- Popo being master of Shenlong

But he's also a fighter, through and through [...] he fight until he has, in no uncertain terms, beaten his enemy on terms they can both acknowledge. He doesn't want to kill anyone, or even prove that he can win... he just wants to know he can. He's an ineffably charming bastard who's manly leanings were really incendental, and yes, the fact that he was voiced by a squeaky woman made the combination perhaps all the more charming.

I only just watched this because I had an exam earlier that I was studying for, and it was awesome! The Super Saiyan transformation was awesome!
And I really like Kami's new voice, much better than the raspy old one.
I'm re-watching Dragon Ball GT in full on
my blog. Check it out if you're interested in my thoughts on the series as I watch through it!
