Though if that is the case they better have them be actual alts and not somebody you have to use with non customizable options, you know like have them only be selectable for the DLC slot. I am greatly disappointed not to see the hyperbolic time chamber as a stage yet again and I have to say as far as this game has gone it still pales in comparison to it's PS2 counterparts in terms of stages. I just want the day to come where I can return to the inside of Buu's body or go back into the Red Ribbon Armies base.

I must add that Yardrat costume for Goku looks amazing! Way better than it does in BT3 :) did that guy download the game online or something? He seemed to have the real thing.
Aparently he has a promotional version of the game sent from Bandai or something, but it isn't the official retail version for sure.

Personally when it comes to characters without alts, someone like Raditz I wouldn't mind getting recolored armor, or if they really wanted to be creative like Dimps, give him different styled armor. For characters like Cell who don't really have clothes to change, I'd just prefer if they colored them as they were from the manga. Though specifically in Cell and Cell Jr.'s cases, they should switch color pallets (Cell does this, I dunno why they don't make Cell Jr.'s alt green) instead of using some off the wall coloration. I don't mind if the items would be unchangeable for the DLC characters though, but at least let me change the Super Attacks.

As for stages, I really would like a larger stage count. I don't really mind the RoSaT missing, but it should have been in by now. I dunno if I'd enjoy an "Inside Buu" stage in the Sparking style... seems like it would be a rehash of the "Cave" stage, only with pulsating goo everywhere. Here was my stage list from when when the first RB was announced and we didn't know how many we would have and what series the characters would come from. I removed stages we already got in RB and RB2, and I have a potential GT section as well:

Z
Mountain Road (Vegeta vs 18)
Room of Spirit and Time (Super Buu vs. Gotenks)
Destroyed Earth (Generic)
New Planet Vegeta (Broli vs Everyone)
Anoyoichi Budokai Arena (Goku vs. Paikuhan)
Shinseiju (Goku vs. Tullece)
Makyo Castle (Garlic Jr. vs. Goku and Piccolo)
Space (Bardock vs. Freeza)
Freeza Planet no. 79 (just because it was in Sparking! Meteor)

GT
Planet M2 (Goku vs. Rilld)
New Planet Plant (Goku vs. Bebi Vegeta)
Pillared Grassland (Goku vs. Super 17)

Okay calm down now. I can see now reasoning won't work with you. I guess you will be banned.

Haha great list I think the only one I would like that you did not mention is Babidi's spaceship. You know where it starts like it did in the anime and then after a short period it takes you to another world like ones that are made specially for it. So possibly have like 3 different stages it takes you too sort of like Burst Limit did with the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Also I would like the other world tournament stage even if it may just be a recolor of the World Tournament stage with a weirder cast of background crowds.

Maybe the inside of Buu would be cluttered but I just want to see some of that creativity return to the DBZ games. Also Super DBZ had King Kai's home planet and while that probably wouldn't work on a Sparking! style I think they could add Snake Road at least. You know I want some really influential worlds that are in the DB/Z/even GT series. I would love it if yours were in, heck they should of brought back all the old stages from BT3 at least.

Yeah, my Uncle used to get loads of them because of games companies just handing them out to him (he was a radio host). The games were always identical to the retail versions except they game in a smaller CD case and the disk usually has 'not for sale' on it... They make for good collector's items though.

Yeah, I couldn't really read anything on the disc in his video (very poor cinematography =P), but I assumed it was a promo version as soon as the case was shown to be about the size of a regular CD case instead of one of the more typical DVD, PS3, or Blu-ray cases. They probably do make decent collectors items, but I imagine I'd be more happy getting the game to play for free instead of using it as a collectors item. (I'm more than happy being cheap when I can be, but I also waste money like it is going out of style...oxymoronic, I know. XD)

I would love it if Spike wanted to get really creative with a stage like Babidi's space ship (could rotate between the ship, Planet Zun, Planet of Darkness, place where Dabra fought Gohan, the Tenkaichi Budokai, the Majin Vegeta/Goku battlefield, and then ending with the Buu's Ball location), but I was just trying to be realistic with what Spike gives us though. I wouldn't mind some odd choices for stages if they were creative and fun to fight on, but if they were just going to give us something crappy (like the original cave stage), I'd prefer something from my list instead. =P

Yeah, that's true
To be honest right now all I'm hoping for is confirmation of a few alternates, I mean right now it's 80% we have Gohan's kai outfit due to that rather weird screenshot. I just pray Trunks doesn't get shafted this time.

I think Future Trunks has his no jacket alt and that's all I know of. The avatar style they went with is nice but I really wish they went that extra mile and had different avatars for what alt you pick. Same pose just with the alternate clothing. When I saw the few EU pre-order limited edition bonuses than I had high hopes they would do that but instead they just have you pick a number and hope for the best. Also I hope 17 has his jacket this time around but considering the GT arc isn't covered he should at least have the blue one he wore in the Buu Saga.

From my talk with Nostal, he did. Supposedly the only alternates Trunks has are:

Trunks (Sword):
Jacket
Tank Top

Trunks (Fighting):
Blue Jumpsuit
Black Jumpsuit

I'm not sure if that screenshot proves anything to me though, too blurry. Seems odd that we would get the Kaioshin outfit for Gohan (Buu)when we didn't get the Goku dogi for Gohan (Cell), but I wanted both. lol I really wished Trunks (Fighting) had gotten at least a costume where his hair wasn't in a ponytail, like from the Cell Game. I'm tired of transforming from SS to SSg3 and losing the ponytail, and when you transform back, the ponytail returns like magic.

I know what was said with the trial version that was '95% complete' but I'm still hoping there's more to see. They did say that some characters had no alternates but I doubt this is true, I think Spike just couldn't be bothered to show off much other than just characters and a few stages.

Also, the tier system is perfectly displayed here:

Nostal, Treevax actually responded to a comment I made on one of his video. He said something along the lines that the last 5% were not like costumes or characters more like debugging and what not.

Did RB have raditz fight Goku costume, without the weights and boots.

RB looks like it put way too much effort into Goku I mean come on all those dogi's for Goku but just about everybody else has palette swaps? I really hope they didn't make that mistake again.

Goku is my favorite character, there can never be too much effort put into him. :D

To be fair, there were a lot of other characters who had multiple costumes too, Kid Gohan had 4, Kuririn had 3, Vegeta (Evil) had 3. For not really including moves, a decent amount of characters had alternate costumes, but the same ones who always get gypped (Trunks, the normal Vegeta, all the other characters who only had costume changes for like 30 seconds in an episode.) got gypped again.

6 Costumes - Son Goku
4 Costumes - Son Gohan (Kid)
3 Costumes - Kuririn, Vegeta (Evil)
2 Costumes - Son Gohan (Preteen), Son Gohan (Teen), Vegeta, Piccolo, Tenshinhan, Yamcha, Chaozu, Videl, Bardock, Nappa, Reacoom, Jinzoningen 18, Broli, Broli (SS3)
Pallet Swaps - Son Goten, Trunks (Kid), Future Trunks (Sword), Future Trunks, Vegetto, Gogeta, Gotenks, Raditz, Dodoria, Zarbon, Gurd, Butta, Jheese, Captain Ginyu, Freeza, Jinzoningen 16, Jinzoningen 17, Jinzoningen 19, Jinzoningen 20, Cell, Vegeta (SS3), Majin Vegeta, Majin Buu (Fat), Majin Buu (Evil), Majin Buu (Pure)

Yea Goku is awesome and is the main character I get that but but some other people are apart of the series too and I just hope less people are gypped this time around lol

I edited my above post...over half of the characters that only had pallet swaps displayed no alternate clothing in the series so I guess Spike didn't really do that bad. I just hope that DLC will involve actual alternate outfits this time instead of color changes. Though the manga colors are welcomed I need something to go with my pre order bonus manga colors :D

I was only counting the official costumes you can obtain within the game itself for now. Not all people have access to DLC, especially if they aren't preordering, like me. =P (I'll get my game at midnight while I'm grocery shopping at Wal-mart.)
