Since Goku Black won't be part of Story Mode, his inclusion through other ways may allow anything to be added on him. Yet, Dimps isn't obliged to add that, as isn't its fault Dragon Ball Super took way too long to start (let alone with a lot of breaks).

If XV2 brings Super Saiyan Rose, then consider it lucky.

The outline and the character design sheets where likely done before Dimps even started the development of Black as a character in XV2. There's no reason we can't see Rose.

The movies as Super has barley started when they were deep in development, though I doubt they'll have much reference that'll allow us to tell.

I am still PO that no Dragon Ball characters are in the game and they instead went with making Kid GT Goku a hybrid. Seriously, why are the movie characters and GT given first dibs over the entire first half of Dragon Ball? I know Z is more popular, but give some love to the original. I would take King Piccolo over his poor man copy Lord Slug any day of the week. It would also expand the story mode outside of, playing to Raditz to the canon movies with some filler movie villains thrown in to make things interesting.

Say what you want, but Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT have a much bigger fan base than the original Dragon Ball series. It's because of this that Bandai willingly put in GT characters. That's not to say DB characters never will make it into the games, but this is a game looking to make the most money possible. And GT would allow them to make more money than the original Dragon Ball.

Also, the power scaling would make absolutely no sense when logically speaking Saiyan Saga Chaotzu would mop the floor with final DB Goku.

Nope. I don't believe GT is more popular that the original Dragon Ball. Infamous perhaps, but not more popular.

That's not what he said, he said Black can't go Rose in the game, but they might add Rose later, potentially as paid DLC. This is pretty much what they've said about any character that's not in the game.
It could be a new variation of Black with that form as a transformation or something, or it might not even make it into the game at all.

That is sorta lame. I mean, to make Super Saiyan Rose. All you need to do is changed the color of Super Saiyan Goku's hair and shrink his frame, or used Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Goku as a base. It wouldn't take that much work.

Maybe, they will release the pre-orders like with Xenoverse 1. They handed out the armors for free and hundreds of leftover codes for SSJ4 Vegeta.
