I would like to thank everyone that has submitted an error :) It's amazing how many we have all found! Who would have thought there was this many mistakes.
The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

Well, thank you for bringing up the idea. I've watched and read DB so many times that it's interesting and fun to change and watch the episodes and read the manga now with the eye of an eagle looking for mistakes rather than focusing on the story 8)

Now another mistake I had saved but forgot to post, from episode 160-something, when Cell is fighting Vegeta or Trunks, we see a flashback (or flashforward??) of the computer creating him. We see the names of "Songoku", "Picoro", "Vejita" and "Fliza", all converging into "Sal" in one shot, and "Sel" in another shot. We also see "Jinzoningen" and some random numbers (I guess) over there.

A few mistakes from episode 173:

-The King of the World has a white goatee in one shot, instead of only moustache.
-The Namekian Guru is missing the red line in his abdomen.
-Last 2 shots are a fail in concept: Goku takes the dragon radar from Bulma and then uses Shunkan Idou to leave and search for the dragon balls. Next scene he is flying alone in a desert. He shouldn't have left using Shunkan Idou, as he can only travel to a place where he can feel a ki.
Image
-Another mistake: When Dende revives the dragon balls, we see arshinchuu (2 star ball) in a rocky mountain place. When Goku goes to search for the dragon balls, he finds the same ball in a plain with elephants.

-The Namekian Guru is missing the red line in his abdomen.
I always thought the reason his abdomen and arms were that color was because he was old.

Yeah but all Namekians have a red line around their yellow-pinkish body parts. Look at this other picture of Guru, you can see his abdomen with the red line:

Edit: another one I missed, the Namekian in the back has green abdomen.

Ah I see what you were talking about with the red line. I was talking about the creamy color in the middle :)

I guess technically he could be, but I'd say no if your calling him that based off the Funimation dub. I don't believe Muri was ever called Guru after he replaced the Eldest, at least, not to my knowledge anyway. Guru was treated like the Eldest's name in Funi's Z dub and not a title, because I don't think they ever placed "the" in from of it, like with "the President". So unless "Guru" doesn't need an article placed in front, which I think is only acceptable when you use it with the person's proper name along with it, Funi used it as a name and not a title.

Also, "Guru" or the "Great Elder" is more commonly associated with the ageing, bloated Namekian who see in the Freeza arc. If I was to mention the character "God", you'd associate that with the child of Katatz, not Dende (whom Kuririn refers to as "Lord God" once in the manga).

I am not familiar with the American dub, I just thought that Saichoro was called Guru in English, so I used that. Muri is actually called "Saichoro" from the death of the previous Saichoro, as you can see in this two panels from the manga:
Image
Image
Saichoro says: Muri, from now on you will be (the) Saichoro.
Gohan says: Thank you, Mr. Saichoro!!
I've checked and in his later appearances no one calls him Muri or Saichoro or anything anymore, so there is only these 2 panels.
About adding "the" or not, (the Saichoro, the Guru, the Elder, etc.), I think it's personal option. My option is to use it the same as God/Kami. We don't say "The God created the dragon balls", so I use it that way. As valid as if you want to use "the".

Episode 168

Android 16's databanks show to contain information on Goku's battle with Freeza and Super Saiyan. When it was explicitly stated that Gero didn't bother acquiring information from his trip to Namek:

Can you really call that an error though? Considering the Special intentionally changed so many things? It's just creative liberty.

Strictly from an adaptation standpoint pertained to the manga and the Special alone, I would agree. Although, Episode 164 and the Special had the same animation supervisor, Maeda Minoru. The scar itself doesn't hold so much significance that it couldn't have been there either way. Since both adaptations are inconsistent of each other with the same person involved with their production, it comes off as more of an oversight to me because it contradicts what had been previously established in the animation.

Episode 194

Cell's right leg switches colors after powering up:

The hole is missing aswell on his armour.
My favourite art style (and animation) outside Toriyama who worked on Dragon Ball: Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, Masaki Satō, Minoru Maeda, Takeo Ide, Hisashi Eguchi, Katsumi Aoshima, Tomekichi Takeuchi, Masahiro Shimanuki, Kazuya Hisada
