Pretty sure Goku can't just ask Kai's to call his family. Goku is dead. Therefore Gokus family need to move on. It's life. Did Grandpa Gohan contact Goku? Nope.fadeddreams5 wrote: I'm not saying he knew. I'm saying he never asked King Kai for the status of his family while he was dead. If he did, he'd know he has a new son.

I'm not saying ask permission to speak to them. I mean ask him how they are and give him info. There shouldn't be anything wrong with that.TheGmGoken wrote:Pretty sure Goku can't just ask Kai's to call his family. Goku is dead. Therefore Gokus family need to move on. It's life. I know it's not canon, but he saw the events of the Bojack movie without interacting with anyone.

We don't know Kaio's rules for that sort of thing.I'm not saying ask permission to speak to them. I mean ask him how they are and give him info. There shouldn't be anything wrong with that.

Goku is also a murderer.
Also, this is off-topic so you guys should cut it out already.
I really hate when people disrespect Toriyama, either by "AT"-ing him or just speaking like he has Alzheimers. A specific example is when people say he forgot Lunch. He didn't and you have no evidence to suggest otherwise, so don't say it like it is fact.
I also can't stand people not thinking. I know no one's forced to have read the whole manga, watched the whole anime or even be aware of all the tidbits there are in guidebooks and interviews but it doesn't harm one to just search a little bit before posting on a forum. This also goes for those that, in order to dismiss FnF, say that if fans need to think, then the story (Toriyama) failed. Yeah, I don't think our brains work like that. If someone can't be bothered to think about alternatives, then I don't know why people should be bothered with responding to your opinions as well.
Speaking about FnF, and having recently read all pages of its thread, I became really, really livid with the same three or four posters that derailed that thread for months on end with nothing more than toxicity (and, in one instance, bullying). I thought it was incredibly disrespectful to all the forum members (not to mention, the forum itself) and I don't know how they didn't get banned.
There isn't anything wrong with him not asking about them as well, you just have to accept that's his character and it does no harm to anyone.fadeddreams5 wrote:I'm not saying ask permission to speak to them. Practically every person that Goku has ever killed are people that fucked with him first by either killing or beating up his friends or himself or threatening to destroy or take over the world. Goku never kills for the sake of it. That is the definition of murder.alakazam^ wrote:Since he went on aventures with Bulma.Lord Beerus wrote:What!?alakazam^ wrote:Goku is also a murderer.![]()

That was a total accident. That like saying sitting on a caterpillar on a park bench that you didn't see before hand is also murder.Doctor. wrote:Since the time he killed his own grandfather.

There are even youtube videos about how Chris Sabat said he met Akira Toriyama once and a fan asked him why Lunch did not reappear. And Chris Sabat himself said, he heard Toriyama-san saying, he forgot. Chris Sabat has no reason to lie.

In America at least, Murder requires Malice Aforethought. So he didn't murder his GrandpaDoctor. wrote:HIS GRANDPA.fadeddreams5 wrote:Who has Goku even murdered? I can only think of King Piccolo, Kid Buu and Golden Freeza (all of which HAD to be killed). RRA guys?

A caterpillar is an animal, not a human being. You can go to the forest right now and kill every caterpillar you find on purpose, and nobody will tell you anything despite how cruel an act it is. If you accidentally let your knife fall on your father's head and kill him, even if it wasn't on purpose, you'll suffer repercussion, you're going to be judged for murder even if it was an accident.Lord Beerus wrote:That was a total accident. Re: What phrases/opinions/things bring out your irate fanboy
Nope. By legal definition, an Accident is not Murder. Murder requires intent.Doctor. wrote:A caterpillar is an animal, not a human being. It can't be proven but was proven wrong? I can prove it, though. It's stated she left Kame House in pursuit of Tenshinhan. There. Why she never came back is another issue, one that is never answered to but the mere fact Toriyama wanted to include her giving energy to the Genki-dama is proof that he didn't forget about her. Even if you say he forgot about her between those two instances, which you could and it's possible, there's no proof of it and he ended up remembering her regardless.Cetra wrote:And yet you claim something that cannot be proven but actually even proven wrong.alakazam^ wrote:A specific example is when people say he forgot Lunch. Concerning Chris Sabat, I don't know why he would lie but his word doesn't mean much to me. It's strange that a Q&A with Toriyama or whatever it was isn't documented anywhere.
Not everyone comes from America, though. My country's definition is simply a person killing another person and Goku did a lot of that. It's still murder even if the ones getting killed were villains.jcogginsa wrote:Nope. By legal definition, an Accident is not Murder. Murder requires intent.

Even still, there's a mighty big difference between carelessly dropping a knife onto your dad's head, and literally transforming into a gigantic gorilla monster in your sleep and crushing your granddad.
