You are considering not only the wrong character but the wrong game too. That is useless for sure.

Kid goku from dragonball might be in the game since he was used in budokai3 and for the korin pillar loading sequence. Piccolo daimao might be too since we got goku with halo outfit from greatesthits. Now maybe we will get the desert outfit for yamcha, if dimps wasn't too lasy. And tenshinhan without a shirt is not that hard. It was used in Burstlimit and brings dragonball/dragonballz togheter. And I'm not talking about any extra character here.

I found saiyagirl on the video too. After gt vegeta, soon after gero sucking yamcha's energy.

I just saw in that locked threat "new stuff about infinite world" that gt goku and gt vegeta are going to have only super saiyan 4 form! well wtf is that?! that just bites buffalo's ass man! if we have a character,then we should have he/she's all prime forms like goku has ssj1,ssj2,ssj3 and ssj4

what do you think about this?
because I'm surely disappointed

That's just people speculating. All we know is that GT Kid Goku is in the game, a Vegeta wearing his GT outfit is in the game, and both Super Saiyan 4 Goku and Vegeta are in the game. We don't know if GT Vegeta is a seperate character or an alternate costume, and we don't know any of GT Kid Goku's forms. People just assume since there's a seperate GT Kid Goku that the SSJ4 form is his and not regular Goku, and they assume since Sparking had multiple versions of characters that Infinite World will do the same thing.

There's no point to GT Vegeta being a separate character, as Vegeta's transformations in B3 went Super Saiya-jin, Super Saiya-jin 2 and then Super Saiya-jin 4.

It works out rather well.

I'm pretty sure that's just Paikuhan, with some weird lighting from the Kamehameha he's taking to the face.

I don't know if anybody has checked this out yet or not, but Gamespot talks a little about Infinite World on their "On the Spot" segment.

The biggest thing I got out of this was that there will be no Japanese track at all.

Oh my lord, there is also a lot of mispronunciation! Gohan and Rayditz. "Kid Gohan scaling Korin Tower" I may have excused it if he said Kid Goten, but c'mon. "By the way, S is the best ranking you can get."...Z...nuff said. But in all fairness, this guy is just trying to do his job.

No Japanese voice track?

I don't see why they wouldn't include it, considering Burst Limit and the Shin Budokai games have it, but if that is the case, they wont be getting my money, the last thing I need distracting me during a fighting game is blood coming out of my ears every time I listen to Linda Young butcher Freeza.

*edit* I've just watched it, and I'm going to go out on a limb and say that they're probably still in there, mostly because this guy has absolutely no fucking clue what he's talking about, between not knowing the character roster (that we've seen in the screenshots), the difference between real time and pre-rendered cut scenes not to mention the fact that Ps2 online gaming died long ago, anything this guy said should be taken with a grain of salt, or just completely ignored.

I saw "vid Goku vs Vegeta" and thought it said KID Goku VS Vegeta. Now I'm disappointed.
Kid Goku was in B3, so I don't see why he wouldn't be in this game.

I see no reason for not including Kid Goku. He was in Budokai 3, yet the story mode didn’t even cover the original Dragon Ball.

They mean GT Kid Goku. The guy in my avatar. We've seen him in cutscenes in the trailers and such.

Yeah, it is him. I couldn't tell. I thought the face portrait was someone different. After I looked really close I could see Paikuhan's face.

No kidding. For the ''Gamespot DBZ guy'' he even mistakes Goku for ''kid Gohan'' climbing the tower :S.

Maybe this game will have the Japanese voice track and the guy just answered the question wrong. He did get a lot of things wrong so maybe that's one of them.

He just said that "these are the FUNimation voices." My guess is he doesn't know that you can change voices in the options menu.

The so called "resident dbz guy" was SO knowledgable

Really though, judging by the way the questioner asked the questions it sounded like he misinterpreted almost EVERY question that he asked.

So lets recap - misinterpreted questions + retard with very basic DB knowledge = total bullshit.

At least he knew about the original Dragon Ball. I'm willing to bet everyone's favorite Atari employee hasn't seen a signle episode of the original series.
