DBZ Card Games in the past recent years have bombed in the US. Heroes won't sell well in the US unless they did a Heroes TV series and put it on a kids channel to sell cards. Heroes exist to sell cards and you can't have a game that is made to sell cards if there's no cards to sell. It's like making a kids show to sell toys without selling the toys.

Or... if they made it a fighting game. Guarantee you that people would buy and play the crap out of it considering that roster. We all know how much we love large rosters lol.

Maybe they can do Heroes Budokai on the Vita and PS3. At least fans from other parts of the world can play it.

I must once again voice my opinion in that I don't think it's feasible to cram more than 200 different characters into a versus fighting game and make it playable and interesting. Not even sure it would fit into one disk.

Tenkaichi 3 managed to have 161 characters. Bluray discs have a average space of 50gigs. I'm pretty sure a 200+ roster would be possible.

Now the number of polygons is much higher than the PS2 era, so...it doesn't work like that.

Hi guys, I'm kind of a newbie in regards to dragon ball heroes cards, i own a few that i bought online but there is one information i can't find.
I know where to find the gummy boxes and starter packs, like on amazon japan, yahoo auction and all, but where do you find the booster packs? all the rare cards, the CP and the SR, where do you get those? Are there any booster packs?

You'll have to search auction sites, because they are only dispatched from the arcade machine.

So is Goku supposed to have a new attack? He hasn't seen kame sennin do it yet?

While it doesn't entirely make sense seeing how he learned it from Gohan (though you could rationalize it), Kakarotto here has the Janken as his attack.

The booster packs get you the basic cards, but not the OMG EXTRA SECRET RARE ULTRA COOL cards, if I'm understanding correctly.

I saw about that, only via ANN instead of Crunchyroll. Maybe it's just me, but I can't help but get a Luffy vibe from this one particular shot of Trunks.

Damned near everyone works on every project at Toei Animation. Schedules are so rushed that nobody is quartered off into teams, it's just "who is available right now to do this commercial I need done yesterday?"

Having SEC cards for already revealed characters and forms is the worst and it's getting really old by now. It would have been better to keep conjunctivitis head bling Piccolo as the SEC instead.

On an unrelated note, it appears that we now have confirmation of the voices of the three Artificial Human avatars, thanks to the credits of Ultimate Mission 2:

• Artificial Human Avatar (Hero type): Atsushi Abe (阿部 敦), perhaps best known as Mashiro from Bakuman.
• Artificial Human Avatar (Elite type): Masumi Asano (浅野真澄). She looks to have been in a lot of stuff, but I have no idea if any of the roles are important.
• Artificial Human Avatar (Berserker type): Isshin Chiba (千葉一伸), voice of (conveniently enough) Detective Chiba in Detective Conan / Case Closed and Jin Kazama in the Tekken game series.

So I guess I'll just go ahead and add that into the big list I posted previously:
