He must do as Toriyama put Piccolo second. He is not going to have Goku lose and then have Piccolo get one-shotted.

People should really expect that of Toriyama. He's literally been doing that since Dr Slump.

The Saiyans, the Ginyu force, the androids, Cell, Buu & Freeza's various forms were all different from each other so maybe he was doing that in his other works but his DB characters overall had their own unique designs.

Sure you had characters like Goten who looked like Goku but that wasn't the norm like it is with Super.

Well,Vados and Champa are Whis and Beerus' siblings so it only make sense for them to look the same.

If the 10 other destroyers and their assistants are also related to them are you going to be OK with them having the same basic designs that they have ? Short Beerus, tall Beerus, two headed whis, ect.

They won't be the same, it's because uni 6 and 7 are twins, remember?

From what i got from the google translator.It seems like Goku did win against Botamo,Frost fights Goku next and Bulma and others talks about how he was very different to Freeza (Frost is a good guy).Frost was also able to keep up with Saiyan Beyond God Goku (Which means Piccolo's gonna get wrecked unless he got a powerup).Goku says to Frost that he looks just like Freeza.In the end,it seems like Goku transforms into Super Saiyan Blue while Frost tranforms into his FInal Form.

Yes, and then there's Beerus, Whis, Magetta, Zuno, Jaco, Oracle Fish, Monaka, and many more. For every thing that may resemble something old, there's something new right next to it.

I was specifically referring to the carry overs from Dr Slump, anyway. Tsukutsun Tsun is Yamcha, Tsururin Tsun is Chichi, Polly Buckets is Lunch, and of course the big one: God. He is quite literally just the Turtle Hermit. You see this throughout the entire series. I mean, look at Hacchan, do you think fans were clawing at Toriyama's door complaining that he's "literally just Frankentstein". Of course not. No reason to do the same with Botamo now.

Complaining about these holdovers while ignoring everything new around them is nothing more than needless complaining. Frost is the only one who really resembles a previous character, and that's for a very good reason. Hit looks absolutely nothing like Cell -- the lines on the face are the only similarity and even those were on Freeza first. Cabba looks like a Saiyan... But outside of his hair, everything else is new. Are we going to disregard the great costume because his hair happens to have been seen before? Really?

By the meter of established in-Universe logic? None - but when has that ever stopped Toriyama from changing things up? And that's the point I'm trying to make.

I mean, as it currently stands, it's been heavily implied through Dragonball Super that Gohan has lost so much power now that Piccolo is stronger than him. People are still struggling to get their heads around that - but it doesn't make it any less real.

It's possible for Piccolo to win. I mean Frost will probably be extremely exhausted after defeating Goku, so it wouldn't really do anything to the power-scale should Piccolo defeat him as it's not like he'd of beaten a full powered Frost. Or he could somehow win through his intellect rather than brawn. Or he might just get stomped.

One thing's for sure and that's that he won't beat Frost through a means of raw power. If he does then it'll be an extremely tired Frost as they're never going to make Piccolo stronger than Goku.

So by the looks of it Goku defeats Botamo and then lost, or is going to lose, against Frost, who transforms into his Final Form, leading to Piccolo vs. Frost. Is that correct gist I'm getting from the chapter leaks? I mean, if the strong hints that Frost's Final Form is on par, or even stronger than Piccolo, than I'm not holding out much hope for him to score the major victory against Frost. But, we'll have see how it plays out. Fingers crossed for Big Green!
