Which one's do you mean? The ones originally in the japanese version (Like Gokuu's jokes with Kaiosama) or the ones they themselves added to scenes.

I think Gohan was at his worst during the Android/Cell arc.

I love the Great Saiyaman and I wish there was more story centered around that point.

Well I guess I might have an unpopular opinion in that I love Budokai Tenkaichi. (at least the 3rd one. not sure on the others) It has every character I really want to play in a DB game. There is nothing quite like beating up people with my beloved Pan.

I'm not sure how unpopular this is but I detest Goten and Trunks. Their very existence is a mockery of Goku's legendary journey to Super Saiyan. Even Gohan was fighting galactic overlords by the time he was five so I can excuse his early transformation. Future Trunks also had proper incentive to transform.

But those two? They didn't do anything. They don't deserve to have that powerup. The mere fact they can fight 18 - the very 18 who made a mockery of Vegeta and who (in another timeline) would go on to decimate Earth's heroes - makes me sick.

to be fair the only reason they could fight her was because she was confused and trying not to kill what she initially thought was an ordinary human.

but I agree that them having the SSJ form kind of cheapens the transformation. I kinda like SSJ3 Gotenks though

I disagree, but that's actually a popular opinion for fans of the original Funimation dub.

I'm okay with Trunks appearing. I just don't like how he first showed up and his reasons for it.

Perhaps if the series ended in the Cell saga, I wouldn't have a big problem with it.

I just find the original timeline and others way too depressing.

But that's the whole point. The situation had to be bad enough to want to time travel.

Esthetically speaking, I like Gogeta very much. I also like his passage in Movie 12. But, generally, I think it's a lazy resource to make the good ones win the battles, just as a deus ex. Also, I don't like the idea of omitting the characters we already know only to present a new, stronger one, with no background. The fusion concept is "too much 'Digimon'", for me.

It's not a deus ex machina. They set it up, we've seen versions of it before, and fusion doesn't lead to victory directly. Also, the fusion dance takes time to learn and there are consequences to getting it wrong.

You're not alone on that one! I'd like to see Gohan go to a part-time Great Saiyaman job in Super; wouldn't he be somewhat relevant?

I like Stephanie Nadolny much, much better than Colleen Clinkenbeard.
Ocean dub voices are terrible.
Super Saiyan God, Blue, and Golden Frieza are underrated.
Super Saiyan 4 is overrated (but I still love it).

Well, I've certainly heard people say it's better than God and Blue, solely because they're "recolors".

Cha-La Head-Cha-La is great but overrated.
Step Into the Grand Tour is a good opening theme.

I don't like Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan because it's too long and redundant. It's like the Evil League of Evil or the American Dodgeball Association of America.

Besides being catchy, I like to hear the use of the FUNi names in it, whereas in the Japanese songs you usually don't get much.

The adjective American can describe someone from North, Central, South America.
