Unsure about whom you are referring to, but as far as Youtubers stealing things, if they steal anything from anybody, its from Herms on Twitter, not you or anything else on this board. If yours have been used w/o being credited, well, it wasn't me, and I cant control anybody.

Also, not everybody wants to come to the forums and search for things. I've promoted Herms on every single video I have ever done and I've done several discussions with Jake (more than anybody else on Youtube). Youtube is the 2nd largest search engine on Earth, not the Kanzenshuu Forum (unfortunately because I like this forum). And despite me promoting Herms harder than anybody, a very very large number of people would rather hear the thoughts of someone they respect AND the spoilers vs just reading the spoilers. Even though I like to read, not everybody does.

Guys, despite the outstanding job Geekdom101 has done for the community through YT, he's only human and things like this can happen to anyone. Absolutely every one of us thought these leaks were true. The most influencial people in the fandom thought these leaks were true, even people like Ajay if i recall correctly. The truth is, the fake news was so well elaborated, that it was really credible and the news came from a page that has a lot of credibility.

Sometimes people are too judgemental and forget that the community leaders are also human and can make mistakes.

Other people just look for easy targets to discharge all of their frustration at them.

You know what's more reliable than influential community members? Time. Not a tremendous amount of time, just a few days maybe. Time enough to reliably and without a shadow of a doubt confirm what's a leak and what's a forgery.

Can we not make excuses? It was dumb, it was insanely preventable, and literally noone of note cares anyway. Quite frankly, I see no reason why the discussion need continue, as if Geekdom is some lowly peasant boy who tripped and had his trusty dog stolen from him. "Oh! The injustice!" I can say with relative certainty that he's a big boy capable of speaking for himself, apologizing for himself, and learning for himself.

Geekdom, you should know better than anyone that, "they did it first" doesn't reflect well on you.

I am glad you are willing to admit that you made a mistake and you get more points for that then others. At the same time, this was a mistake that could have been avoided if you came here and followed the thread for at least day. That way, you would have found out that the source that you used to verify the leaks was already known for two weeks. You should have also made it extremely clear that the leaks were still questionable and could have been false, even if you believe that wasn't the case. Most of all, you should have pulled the video the moment the real staff listing came out instead of just making an update video.

At the end of the day he is also a fan who gives his thoughts just on a different platform, many do the same thing here and wait for further confirmation as well..

I think we are delving too much into the youtube side of things. We here at Kanzenshuu should know better to wait for official scans before thinking things are confirmed, even though we all love specualtion lol. Anyways, remember some aspects of these "prediction style" leaks may end up coming to some type of fruition, we just don't know yet for sure.

Regardless, I think it's best for people to move on and if the leaks turn out fully false then it's just going to look bad for those that kept saying it to is 100 percent confirmed real. Like I said though, until we get the true summaries, we don't know what could possibly happen!

There were some initial fake leaks that had Freeza switching teams before the tournament, only to be replaced by Yamcha. They were close enough to sounding legitimate that, aside from a few odd staff listings, they seemed believable. We learned they were false when the real leaks surfaced.

C'mon guys lets stop with the Youtube misinformation talk, tho I'm not one to complain since I've been off topic for a lot of times but.... this has been going on for quite a while now, let him do what he wants, its not like we wont get further confirmation when the summary/episode is out. Getting misinformed isnt rare. (so this is how it feels like to be on the other side of the field ) it may be a very long shot but those leaked summaries can still happen despite how low the probability is, it still aint 0 until official ones comes out. They dont always spoil certain events in the title, one in particular that I remember is ep 61, title'd "Zamasu's Ambition - Presenting the Terrifying 0 Mortals Plan" when we got 2 big stuffs happened in the actual episode like Goku going on a rampage after finding out what Black did to his alternate family and Future Trunks got a new form.

It could be... that the REASON the first video has more views, is because it went up a day before.

So if the vid did 10,000 views, nobody would bat an eye, but because it did more views, it makes it worse and I should be attacked for it? Views are irrelevant to the point. Don't turn this into another "greedy Youtuber" nonsensical argument. If the Animedia Titles don't match up, I will do an update video and correct myself as I ALWAYS have. I am in complete agreement with you about me jumping the gun (despite all of the double checking and conversations I had prior to and holding off), but that doesn't mean I have to delete the video because you told me to. The point of an update video is to UPDATE people, and one WILL be produced once everything comes out, I assure you.
