If Toriyama were spouting the same bullshit about this movie being "devoted" to the fans, I'd say he was full of it too.

Semi-legit question; in all the trailers from different countries for this movie that I've seen so far, there's only subtitles in the respective country's native language. (Spanish, French, etc). None of the trailers have been dubbed (as far as I've seen).

Does this mean that when the live action movie opens in Japan in March, that it will be in English with Japanese subtitles? (And in South Korea with Korean subtitles?).
On hiatus.

@MisterFlashdude-
Did you ever see the pre-release comments from the Jurassic Park 3 cast? Or Wes Craven's Cursed? When a movie's especially shitty, sometimes even the actors can't pretend.

@Rocketman-
That's Toriyama-sama to you, insolent cur.

I would assume so. Isn't that what they normally do, or do they normally see big screen dubs in Japan?
To show my appreciation, I'll only beat them half to death.

I was just there a week, so I can't say I know from extensive experience or anything. But from what I gathered, children's movies had the most incredible dub voices I've ever heard(How the hell did they find a Japense Eddie Murphy?!), and everything else had(or at least sounded like they had) one male voice and one female voice for all the roles.

No, I didn't hear the pre-release comments for Jurassic Park 3, I would have been 11 at the time. Cursed I've never even heard of, sorry.
I'll take your word that someone said something, though. Even so, there are always exceptions that prove the rule.

Heh, you could tell that the actor's were basically just taking a paycheck.

In JP3, they were joking that they weren't even sure the movie had an ending. In Cursed (Christina Ricci werewolf movie), they were joking about the 7 or so re-shoots and how convoluted things had become.
To show my appreciation, I'll only beat them half to death.

To be completely honest, I really CAN'T remember the ending to that movie...and I own it.(It was the first DVD I had ever purchased...I was so excited! :D)

I actually hate JP2 more than 3.

It's got to do with Ian Malcom's amazing transformation into a generic action guy, and the fact Sam Neil isn't in it.

Yeah, that 56 damage looks like it really hurts.

You really don't need to add what his expression was. It's kind of unnecessary. XD It's not like he said it while laughing manically.
No, it’s unnecessary because Chatwin always has a serious face.

When did this happen?

Did he actually have an active role in the making of this film?
Executive producers rarely do. They just front the money and/or own the rights to the original work.

That's funnier than the release date in Japan: Friday the 13th. :lol:

Well, at least it shows whoever schedules these opening dates has a sense of humor.

What issue is that from? And did you scan it?

My favorite parts of Dragon Ball were always the ones where Bulma fended off Yamcha's advances. That guy was always such a pervert and she was always so disinterested, so I'm glad that aspect of the series has been preserved.

Wait, what? At the beginning, she was the pervert and he was the one shying away. Did stuff happen later in the series that I'm blanking out on?

Is it just me or does it look like he's carrying a turtle in that lower right hand picture?
I'm sure it's just luggage and various junk but I can make out what looks like two feet and a head.
